"This is a beautiful property with very clean and functional rooms. The staff were pretty helpful. But, I didn't realize that the property is in the midst of a lot of unhoused people, which made me not want to walk around the area alone. I was glad they had secure parking available. "

"The manager was really nice. I think her name was Tracey. There was a young lady in training that was helpful. The other guy at the desk…not so much. He wasn’t the friendliest and seemed to care more about talking than anything else. We checked in and wasn’t told about any amenities, not even about breakfast or where the pool was located. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious."

"The breakfast young lady was super big on customer service. The front desk ladies were a bit challenging with a medical rate, yet I understand they were doing their jobs. You can find million of ways to say “yes, let’s figure something out.” "
