The front desk is racist toward black and brown people. They absolutely will make you stay extremely hard. No clean towels and no housekeeping at all…. If you ask questions you will be kicked out. I’ve video evidence that how they have treated me and the manager does not care

Nothing. I didn’t like anything! I never received an email confirmation so I had no idea that you if you didn’t check in before 11 pm, your reservation is canceled. After being at a dance competition all day, my daughter and I arrived to check in at 11:30 pm. The security guard informed me that because I didn’t check in before 11 pm, my reservation was cancelled. I called Expedia and they were of no help at all. They said it was my fault for not calling the hotel ahead of time. That was 3 days ago and I still have not received my refund!! Horrible customer service.

This property gave us keys which did not work, no hot water, no tv, no tp, no paper cups. Staff were nice.

The staff was very rude. I was told I couldn’t use my reservation because my identification has a local address. I moved 800 miles away last year and drove for 10 hours expecting to have a place to stay. The lady at the counter couldn’t explain the policy or let me talk to a manager. I had to spend a lot more money on a place to stay at last minute prices on a holiday weekend.
