Vintage 50s Victorian Styled Apt in Old Roseville

Nestled in the soul of Historic Old Roseville, this Victorian duplex has vintage charm blended with contemporary elegance! Savor a cup of coffee in the porch garden or unwind in the vintage clawfoot tub. Living room bar and expansive pull-out couch set the stage for a cozy movie night! Kitchen boasts modern comforts mixed with vintage aesthetics, mint green appliances, and pinup wallpaper! Enjoy memorable experiences in this unique home capturing the essence of a bygone era with a modern twist!

The home has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and one bathroom with a claw foot tub and shower combo. You enter from the street into a completely enclosed succulent garden to the front porch. The living room has a pull out couch bed and mini-bar, and the room opens up into the large kitchen with an island counter and bar, a window bench, and a coffee bar. The hallway has a laundry area and leads into the bedroom and bathroom.

The home is one half of a duplex, with completely separated exterior spaces. Guests will have access to the right side of the building, and the inside of the gated space around the unit. Guests will not have access to the other side of the lot, or to enter any of the other gated areas around the property.

***PARKING: Only a max of 2 vehicles are allowed***
1 in front of the unit, right side of the duplex, and 1 in front of the other house. No parking on the left side of the duplex at all times, a tenant resides there and the left side is reserved for their vehicle. Thank you!
