“This was finally a property in Ruidoso that matched reviews and the property listing. We will definitely stay again. Location was perfect and gorgeous. Amenities were as listed, it was clean and a great place for a family!”

“This cabin was perfect for our family to enjoy our much needed time together. Mornings out on the huge covered porch with an amazing view of the mountain. Deer greeting us each morning. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast. Living Area was also very cozy for all to gather and reminisce. Would highly recommend to stay here. I look forward to our next stay at this beautiful home.”

“The property was very nice although the reviews did not state that there is a telephone pole and wires in front of the view. We had everything we needed except a grill brush and pillow cases but the pillow cases were found later.One of the reviewers said the master bed was hard and that was very true. We slept on the guest bed which was comfortable. Had we been with another couple, there would have been some complaining!”

“The house is new and nice. The house was very clean and well stocked. Location is great. We had mule deer and other wildlife come to visit. The view is amazing! Amenities were good. Located close to town and skiing. You feel like you are in the mountains but yet close to town. There is a lake within walking distance for fishing and swimming. Frisbee golf too. Living Room furniture is pretty but not comfy at all. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit very much!”

“Our stay at Eagle Rest was everything I imagined it would be. The house is nestled in the trees, giving it a warm and cozy feeling. I have to say we fell in love with the town of Ruidoso. Its charming and welcoming. I would consider moving there. The last thing I would like to add is the way the owners handled our misfortune. On our way back from our day trip from Santa Fe a woman passed her stop sign and we were not able to avoid her. My car was totaled but we were all okay but stranded in……

“This was a great property, beautiful location. The cabin is cozy, nicely decorated, fireplace was nice but it was pretty cold in the bedroom with the heater on, however It was tollerable with an extra blanket. Kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, the deck was nice and hot tub was very nice to relax. The bed is a bit hard but not terrible. There was a tampon in the yard to the right of the hot tub, the ceilings are very high so its understandable to have some dust but the cabin……
