" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. "This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"

"Absolutely love this place. Diane was a great host. Perfect communication and her directions were on spot on. Even though the complex can be confusing, she made it easy to find our spot. The amenities are great. If you are an indoor pool kind of person like me, right now the indoor pool is closed but we had a blast at the pool which was super close to the condo. Totally relaxing and we recommend."

"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out.
