Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at U-Visionary Roma Hotel.  We are terribly sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations as we usually do with all our guests.  Unfortunately, due to the extraordinary heat wave that hit Rome with 40 C, our air conditioning motors in some rooms were not as efficient as they usually are.  The previous description of the scenario is not an excuse for your inconvenience but unfortunately having been a situation of total unpredictability we could not do better than move you to our best available room at that moment which was unfortunately smaller than the one that you booked. The only other solution would have been to move you to another hotel in our hotel chain. It is certainly not what one of our guests expects when booking a room in our hotel but, unfortunately, natural causes have far exceeded expectations.Since your reservation has already been paid to Expedia, the only monetary discount we were able to give you at the time of your departure was the cost of the city tax of 24.00 Euros.We suggested You (on the 20th July), to contact Expedia assistance in order to make them aware of this issue and let them interface with our booking department. At the moment (22nd August) our colleagues from the booking department informed me that nobody from Expedia assistance ever contacted them about Your case.Although your stay was not satisfactory, we remain hopeful of having another opportunity to welcome you and reserve you special treatment.We suggest you stay updated, via our social media Facebook and Instagram, about the next U-Visionary Roma Hotel projects, there are huge surprises coming for our beloved guests.Kind regards
