We had the best experience with this hotel! The staff is really friendly and helpful. We did arrive quite a bit early but they stored our luggage and placed it in our room for us when it was ready while we explored the city. The hotel was easy to communicate with to get transfer service to and from the airport. It was right in the middle of everything and you could easily walk to tons of restaurants, shops, pantheon, and Trevi fountain. The room was Beautiful and clean. We definitely plan on visiting Rome again and this will be where we stay!

Excellent Hotel!!
Excellent hotel!! Service is top notch!! We were treated like royalty! We had tours planned every day requiring us to leave before breakfast service began. They were wonderful to stock our room the night before with food for breakfast every day of our stay! We loved our room with the large tub. Hotel is very nice and clean. Large selection of dining and shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!!

This was by far the most amazing hotel we’ve stayed! Service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean, location can’t get any better. You can walk to every attraction in Rome. 10/10 recommend. When we return next year we will definitely be coming back.

Very central location. Just be prepared for it to be on a very busy and narrow side street. Staff was great. Room was beyond our expectations. Excellent breakfast. Room is quiet inside and very clean and comfortable. Our only concern was walking in the narrow street to get to main street with so much vehicle traffic.

Recently stayed here on our trip to Rome. This hotel was very clean. The room was spacious. We had a little private patio. We were very impressed that everything was in a 20 minute walk. Lots of places to eat around here. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange transport whenever we needed it. It is a small hotel. It’s only about five or six rooms but we were very impressed with a Hotel.

The room is weird. There is a little balcony wrapped around the top of the room with empty cabinets. Bathroom is excellent. The ac was great and the room is very quiet. The cleaning products that the hotel uses are very smelly and overwhelm you when you first enter. The laundry service is bad. I asked if they provided a laundry service. I was told yes and that I would be a 12 hr turn around in the morning or evening. I was given a laundry list with the cost for individual items- laundry and press OR a bag of laundry, wash and dry for €12. I had socks and underwear to wash so opted for the wash and dry service. Once the hotel realized that we wanted the less expensive bag service vs. The individual items they told us the service was no longer available and that we could take our items to the local laundromat. Extremely disappointed.

Small hotel, ideally located.
Clean and comfortable hotel located within walking distance of the Spanish steps. Don’t expect big and grand. Although it’s advertised as a hotel it’s more a collection of bedrooms with a reception area that is managed part time. We wanted to leave our luggage with the hotel until 4pm on the day of check out which wasn’t a problem. However, as the hotel staff leave reception at 3pm we had to collect our luggage from a nearby related hotel. If you can accept this then it’s not a bad hotel.

This was a very cozy property with probably no more than 10 rooms. We had our own room which was quite large and there was one other room on our floor and we shared a very large common area with a small balcony. This property owns multiple sites. There is someone at the front desk at this building until 2 PM and after that you have to call the main number to get a hold of someone. The property is very centrally located and we were overall happy with our stay.

The hotel was absolutely stunning & the decor in our room was very elegant & clean. We had a room with a jetted tub, and it and the bath salts included was a rejuvinating way to end a long day of walking hours down the streets of Rome. I thought the room looked like something out of a dream. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke english well. While we were out exploring Rome on our last full day, our housekeeper &/or the nice lady at the front desk made sure to make & leave a mini breakfast for us in our room for the next morning. We let her know previously to our exploring that we would be leaving the next morning at 6:30am to catch our flight and we knew that breakfast would not start until 8am. She mentioned leaving us something and even though we told her not to go through the trouble, she made sure we had something to eat before leaving. This was extremely thoughtful & kind of them to do so. My husband and I was really impressed with our entire stay.

Excelent facility, the first impresion when you face the main entrance is scary, the building os really old and looks ugly, but once you get to the second floor the Hotel is really nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This location is perfect with a lot of restaurants, stores, bars and close to everything. I truly recommend this Hotel.

Overall, the location and accommodations were great. The only challenge was that this hotel shares reception staff with a sister hotel a few blocks away, so staff aren’t always easily accessible when you need them.
