"The hotel was conveniently located to the train station and hop on/hop off buses. The staff was attentive and spoke English. I also appreciated being able to check my bags for several hours after checking out. I was not impressed with the Greenlight Tours that was suggested at the desk (not enough buses - the wait was too long and sometimes had to wait for the next bus because of overcrowding). Next time I'll use the Grayline system, they appeared to be more plentiful and less crowded."
