A good option to visit Roermond.
A good option for an overnight stay if you're visiting the town or the massive shopping outlet. You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. Breakfast is in the main hotel and parking is a bit of a walk on the other side of the railway station but we'd definitely stay again.

Tired Hotel
1st room had mould growing on ceiling dirty toilet after some effort room was changed for another disappointing room same dirty toilet which according to the manager all toilets are badly stained due to age . Terrible internet dropping out all the time . Stayed for or week floor was never cleaned . Overall very disappointing

Good quality albeit first impression
Overall experience is pleasing except guests could do with friendlier staff during check-in. First impression matters. Note there are 2 properties, Roermond Brasserie and Next Door. Parking and check-in is at Brasserie. Next Door is across the road. Room is clean, with comfortable beds. Also comes with a/c. Our room comes with breakfast. Good quality. Worthy note, if driving, set destination as Roermond Train Station, otherwise you will miss the property. I would rate it as 3.5* overall.

Nice and affordable hotel
It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. Parking is in a garage and not too far from the hotel.

The stay was good, comfortable room and not too much noise from outside. Checking in and breakfast were at the main hotel just across the road. Good base for my trip visiting family and friends.

Solid hotel, nice clean rooms

A very modern and clean hotel in front of the train station. Good beds, air conditioning and an excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommend to all going to a small but beautiful Roermond

The safe in our room didn’t work so we moved to the main building which is more expensive than Next Door. The room is Next Door was also good. Check-in and breakfast were great and the staff was very friendly. Good location and amenities!

Die Lage, in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone (1 Min. zu Fuß, bzw.15 Min. zum Outlet), ist optimal. Die Sauberkeit (staubiger Boden und Möbel, schmutzige Fenster, im Rahmen z. T. Schimmel, sowie Ablagerungen in der Toilette), lassen erkennen, dass die Reinigung nicht sehr gründlich gemacht wird. Das hat sich auch in den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geändert. Die Heizungen funktionierten trotz kühler Nachttemperaturen (6 Grad), nur im Bad. Eine Beheizung mit der Klimaanlage war möglich.

Prima hotel. Ruime kamer en fijne bedden. Douchen in bad vonden we minder fijn want nogal glad. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Het hotel ligt centraal, dichtbij station en centrum. We konden parkeren in de garage van Hotel Roermond en er is een ruime fietsenstalling in die garage.

Ruhig ist es leider nicht, weil direkt vor dem Eingang und unserem Zimmer Kneipen sind und die Leute bis 3 Uhr morgens viel Lärk gemacht haben. Wir waren im Hotel roermond NEXT DOOR. Das Haupthais ist direkt am Bahnhof, aber sicher viel ruhiger.

Für eine Nacht super. Fernbedienung lag zwischen beiden Betten versteckt. Kaffe Maschine ist kaputt. Tassen waren dreckig. Aber sonst alles in Ordnung

Parking issue
Réception employee tôld me to get a code before leaving parking. I explained her i had to leave at 6. She said and repeat no problèm ok. But réception is closed at 6. So i have to pay parking despite it was included in thé réservation.

Uitstekende lokatie. Wij komen hier al jaren. Het is een dependance, zonder personeel De hoofdvestiging ligt 50m verderop. We weten hoe we moeten lopen. Het is een uitstekend alternatief voor de hoofdvestiging.

Wij zaten in de dependance van het hotel waar je via een schuifdeur naar binnen gaat. In de avond voelde het een beetje minder veilig omdat de deur best lang open blijft. Je hoorde ook best geluiden. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Er was ook een mogelijkheid om thee te zetten. Bedden waren goed en er was een airco aanwezig.

En dag i Roermond
Efter kort forvirring omkring at det drejer sig om 2 hoteller, var indtjekning nemt og personalet meget venlig. Vejen til P-huset fungerede perfekt med både kort og GPS. Morgenmaden var super god.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, aber machte zwischendurch Geräusche als würde sie gleich von der Wand fallen. Reklamation an der Rezeption gemeldet, wurde aber nicht gerichtet. Rezeptionistin war nicht so wirklich ambitioniert. Leider!

Advertenties hotel mooier dan werkelijkheid
Receptie hotel in een ander pand, stond niet aangegeven. Geen room service maar eten kon vanuit restaurant aan de overkant worden meegenomen, ook onderdeel hotel. Beetje vreemd geserveerd op een dienblad. Kamers duidelijk niet goed gereinigd. Spinnenweb aan t plafond en kruimels bij het bed. Look en feel beetje oubollig. Prijs/kwaliteit niet in balans
