Please look into stopping people from hanging around the hallways/balcony. They tend to be very noisy. It happened the whole time we were there.. Also i wish there was some type of sunlight that comes into the room. The rooms are very dark. Those lights in the room doesn’t help if u really need to see how u look before stepping out. Other than that the staff and service was great. Nice hotel

Stayed here for a couple days with friends. It was well located to things we needed to go to and were happily surprised by the convenient Safeway and wine store just next door. The hotel room used was large, clean, and comfortable. And with the way the hotel is laid out the rooms were very dark - great for sleeping. Only negative was finding out they charged both rooms in our group for on-site parking, despite only having one car that was affiliated with one room’s key card. Check your bill before you check out.

We like the hotel is so convienet to the Metro and there are grocery store and couple nice restaurents nearby. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time when we are in the area.

We spent three nights recently at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Ctr. Location was very convenient to visiting relatives in Potomac and to BWI. Check-in was flawless. Our request not to be located near elevators, stairwells, or ice machines was easily met. Our bell captain was most excellent in helping us move luggage to the room and acquainting us with the room and the hotel, and later the business center. Internet connectivity worked without problems.Housekeeping was very responsive to two requests. The only downside was some noise in Room 656. When cycling, the in-room heating/ cooling unit was so loud as to interfere with tv listening. Inconsiderate guests two rooms away,(attendees of a conference in the center,) decided reconvene, not in their rooms, but in the hall outside our room loudly late night. A Safeway is located across a side street for snacks and drinks. Small refrigerator in the room. We would stay there again, but first check to determine if a large conference was in play during our stay.

Fridge and coffee machine didn't work even after trying to fix them. I was hit was a $25 just for parking. Paid $155 for room and $25 parking for a total of $180 for a mediocre room with no Fridge, no coffee machine and the room didn't even have a microwave. Very over priced.

Everything was great except cigarette smoke permeated our room for 2 nights. We contacted the front desk who were very responsive but were unable to identify where the smoke was coming from. Parking - the Expedia site does not state that there is a $25.00 per night fee for parking. This should be added to the Expedia site so guests are aware. The parking garage does not have ample “EXIT”signage.
