We watched this hotel being built while we lived in Rockville and I'm so glad we had the chance to stay here. The staff were wonderful and the property was a delight.

Lack of daily room.cleaning , and even when I scheduled a 2-day schedule abd fresh towels, it was not performed. Had to go to the desk at night and ask for towels. They seemed surprised the cleaning was not performed even though we were on the list - maybe housekeeping said they did it, but they didn't. The shower/bath tiles were quite sticky.

You get what you pay for. It’s an average three-star hotel with a motel feel. Everything is modest: service, cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, scratchy towels, and unimpressive neighborhood. For some reason, it’s advertised as a charming neighborhood hotel - this is really misleading. One thing to be aware of is that we were on the second floor and it was loud outside at night.

The only thing we didnt like was the a/c was locked out at 68 degrees so we could not lower it to our comfort level. We asked for a fan to help keep the room cool at night to sleep and were told they did not have fans..

I previously had a preferred hotel to stay in the DMV area but this may be my new favorite. It is a newer property, modern furniture, spacious, close to main arteries. Parking is underground so very easy.

Comfortable stay so can't really complain. I expected the room decor to be a bit more pleasant but it felt a bit Spartan and dark. Nothing wrong, just not as nice or warm feeling as other hotels. Service was mixed since most of the front desk staff were not keen on making eye contact. Restaurant service was excellent. Damaris and the bartender were kind and made the experience a better one. Location is good since you can walk to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of parking options. I was able to mix garage and street parking instead of the daily parking charge due to my schedule.

Everybody was exceptional and room was clean with a large tub for soaking and in VERY close proximity of Starbucks and Panera Bread. The hotel also has gallons of water for sale @ a reasonable rate. Without anywhere else in near proximity, this was a great help! THANK YOU‼️

The hotel was great. We loved the pool and the Bluetooth vanity mirror. Check in and check out was smooth. Have nothing but good things to say about the Cambria Hotel.
