"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was bright and airy. There was a some kind of tournament that weekend where there was a bunch of boys running around the hotel Saturday night. We believe someone pulled the fire alarm causing the alarm and strobe lights to go off after midnight. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the cleaners that the cleaning staff was using. It was overwhelming."

"Room excellent but the guy who did the checkin was not very gentleman when I requested the thing where you put the suite cases and the personal item that you need to bring in he didn’t even help me look for the carrier I don’t know the name of that but it is something to carry all your belonging I had to wait in the lobby until someone finished using it then I myself had to take my items to my room that was very un gentleman of him and especially that I am a senior citizen"
