The hotel is in a great downtown location and east walking distance to many great restaurants and small shops. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The Vault restaurant is always terrific with many small plate options and cocktail choices. The hotel manager,Lisa, and Sky at the front desk were friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

We were expecting more from a boutique hotel. Room was v basic with no decor, thin mattress, cheap sheets. Windows sealed shut. Not terrible but just expected something a lot better

Here’s the good- Room was spotless. Easily the most thoroughly cleaned hotel room I’ve ever been in, and I travel very frequently for work. The restaurant there is great too and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very well stocked with soft towels, etc. When I called ahead of time to add on parking, the person at the front desk midday tried to claim that they had no record of my reservation. None. I spelled my name multiple times, gave confirmation info, etc. and pulled up the message that THEY sent me and she said that I wasn’t staying there that night. This created panicked phone calls to Expedia, and then to the hotel. The manager spoke with me and said “I don’t know who told you that but I’ve had your reservation all day… we know that you’re coming”. This whole ordeal was half an hour out of my day that I didn’t need to spend on this as I was traveling for business. I don’t know why the hotel staff isn’t trained on basic front desk procedures…. So that was confusing. All in all, I would consider staying here again.

Fantastic hotel great service and do clean with great style. Love the bank vault! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was a laundry bag outside our room for over 6 hours. Everyone so nice! We will stay again

Loved my stay at Liberty Trust! It was such a fun vibe in a a boutique style hotel! Each staff member I encountered offered great customer service. The rooms were nicely appointed, loved the complimentary gift and the AC was pumping which is a HUGE deal for me! I stayed there twice in once week as I traveled back and forth and had the same great experience each time! Would highly highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful yet functional. It's only one block from the Amtrak and right in the dining and entertainment downtown district. The interior of the hotel is quiet and well appointed. Great place.

To keep this as short as possible, this hotel was an overall disappointment. First of all the rooms were dirty and dusty. There were thick layers of dust EVERYWHERE and I mean everywhere. I don’t know if they’ve ever changed the air filters it was so bad we were unable to use the heat or air. The bed the sheets weren’t even pushed down behind the bed or tucked under it, sheets were thrown on top of the mattress. The towels were rough and honestly were such poor quality. I questioned if the maid didn’t take a wet towel that somebody else used prior to us staying in the room and just rehung it instead of getting us new ones. In terms of the toiletries not a big deal, but when you have two conditioners, no shampoo, no lotion and a body wash that’s irritating. It looks like some kid wiped boogers all over one of the chairs in the room, which was appalling or who knows could’ve been an adult. Oh and I guess cleaning the toilets was not part of cleaning the room for the next guest. Their breakfast is a joke we went downstairs and we were told they’re out of the two breakfast sandwiches because they’re frozen sandwiches they get delivered and they ran out so basically you can get something continental like bagels instant oatmeal etc. The staff is less than friendly. There’s one girl in particular who is younger with reddish brown hair that wears glasses who is just awful and not polite. The noise!! Trains, drag, racing loud music and people screaming all hours of the day and night.

We enjoyed this unique property which has been well maintained with an excellent combination of historical character and modern amenities. The only drawback was a “nightclub” near the hotel which was very noisy well past midnight both nights.

The room looks like an office which makes sense since we learned that the place used to be a bank. Loud music coming from the bar next door till 2 am. Never again!

I stayed here for 2 times within a week. First night was good so i reserved another night a few days later. Now, I checked in and found the bed have blood stain all over with hair here and there. They covered that with a flat sheet. Im so glad I uncover the sheet before I lay down. Hotel didn't have the room service manager so the restaurant manager came and got us the new room and apologized with breakfast coupons but I couldn't feel comfortable in a new room either. Never seen this kind of bed in any hotels in my life.

Unique concept with hotel transformed from an old bank. Staff helpful and professional. Walkable distance to many restaurants and such. Room nice but fairly basic, not aligned with luxury hotel, shower was nice. Overall stay was fine and served its purpose.
