"Overall good stay. Convenient for the location of the race we were doing. Cute older house. Fit our family of 6 good. But The fold out couches could use an upgrade on mattress or foam pad. When we arrived there were also no sheets in closet for the fold out couch and had to call management (responded quickly) who needed to give us a code to get into their extra linen closet. "Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again."

"We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete.
