“First time in Frankfort - loved the downtown, distilleries (obviously) wineries were a nice surprise! Our room was immaculate - quiet, comfortable- shower was great - loved the shampoo and shower wash! Staff so nice and helpful - would definitely return!”

“Wasn't bad for the price. Great location for the event I attended. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only thing I had an issue with was people screaming/slamming doors in the middle of the night and then again early AM. But it's not the hotel's fault if customers act that way. ”

“The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there! ”

“The cabin was incredibly cute, clean, and well equipped. The snacks and T-shirts made arrival extra welcoming! The property was so much fun to relax on! We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and the covered front porch every day. Our dogs enjoyed walking the grounds and hanging out with us in and around the cabin. Check in and check out were seamless and communication with the hosts was quick and easy. We thought we would go into Lexington or Louisville during this stay, but there were plenty of……

“The property could use some updating, but it was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for a couple days and needed a place to sleep & it was close to Buffalo Trace, which was really our main reason for being in the area.”

“Behind and out of sight”

“The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.”

I had fun imagining the original owners. The location is so peaceful yet central to many attractions. I definitely recommend the property.”

“What a great property to unwind after a day of Bourbon Trail visits. The peace and quiet and sitting out on the front porch with a beverage was just what we needed. The house was just as advertised. The decor was wonderful, snacks and waters got us thru some afternoons. The walk up the hill to see the sunset is a must. Beautiful pictures with the horse that came by. Would absolutely come back again, we are planning next years trip already. Had no issues at all.”

She is very conscientious about making sure her guests are welcomed and comfortable. The accommodations are so spacious and we felt right at home.
