"This place was perfect for my son’s graduation from EKU. I rented one and my dad rented another so family got to stay in the same place. We could visit and hang out in the living room or at the dining room table and then go to our own space to sleep. It was only .3 miles from my son’s off-campus apartment, so we could all walk back and forth. Details like water in the fridge and pods for the keurig were awesome. Definitely recommend for anyone staying a few nights in Richmond."

"This was nothing like the photos. Booking through VRBO for a Hotel stay was anything but smooth. The front desk asked for my payment, to which I had already prepaid, I then had to track down how to prove this….the worst!!!!!!! "Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."

"First and for most the cleaning fee was 100% reasonable, and then the host didn’t expect me to clean the house before leaving. This. Is.Huge! And made check out so simple!!!!
