Staff was very helpful and friendly. An excellent location for bus pick ups and drop offs, and about a 10 minute walk to the rainbow road. If you want a quiet room, book a superior or deluxe room and ask for a non-street facing room. The hotel has more of a hostel vibe, but is good for travelers.

This was a great hotel in a perfect location. We took lots of tours which the pick up was literally right outside the front door. Couldn't have been more convenient. Same for transport to and from the airport. Staff was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great and a wonderful first stop for the Iceland adventure. Outstanding location and we could walk to all city attractions from the hotel. We took a late night walk all the way down the street and the night life was vibrant and fun. There is also a great food hall less than a block down the street. The staff was skilled, professional, and helpful. I also greatly enjoyed all signs in the hotel- witty and friendly, even when telling you not to do something. We will start at the very same place next time we visit the country

The hotel was quiet and clean, staff helpful. Nights were peaceful, and rooms dark. Breakfasts were excellent. Parking is an issue. Only 10 spots and you must otherwise pay to park on the street.
