"Stayed at this rental for Labor Day weekend with my family. The house was amazing, it was clean the beds were super comfortable, the only thing that was a little annoying was the squeaking of the bunk bed every time you move. Other than that, everything was great. we used the bikes that were available to bike to the beach and the shower outside was amazing! the bike ride to beach is about 10-15 min and walking is like 40 min, driving 5 min. I recommend staying here!"

"What a peaceful and beautiful place! I was teleworking and had the most fantastic view of the dunes, the foxes, the birds the waves and the sunrise. This place is a gem."

"But definitely not our last. We wanted a beach getaway without the traffic and crowds you find further south and Broadkill fit the bill. This cottage is perfect for a couple a family or small group. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved hanging out on the screened porch playing cards and a couple of the board games provided. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and my husband is still talking about the pizza he had from the Broadkill store...

"Nice and clean house, steps to beach for a visit with grandkids. Loved the separate cottage like in-law suite. Allowed some down time and privacy. Location was a short drive to Lewis, DE and perfect for nature lovers. The step down to the beach is a bit washed out, just have to watch your steps. However there is a public entrance a few blocks away and a small store to grab ice cream and a sandwiches."

"This was our second stay at this property. We LOVE the location. Walkable to lots of shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. The house is always spotless and has all the amenities we need."

"Excellent property for our needs, a ice scoop should be added to the ice maker.I don’t enjoy using ice that others have touched. Your add included a coffee maker, however it is a kruig which I was not prepared for. Had I known I could have planned better."

"We loved our stay at Shannon’s Coastal Cottage! It was my husband and I and two of our young adult kids and two of their friends. The house is exactly as described, plenty of room for all to hang out. The beds are super comfy and two full baths. The kitchen and living room are open concept and roomy so you can all hang out and visit in the evenings. Nice big kitchen table. Very cute beachy decor. It’s very close to grocery stores, a great little brewery is right up the street and the kids...

"Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants."
