"Slightly outdated but I love this hotel!! "

"I recently stayed with my best friend at the Red River Gorge Glamper. We could not have asked for a better experience! Our hosts were very informative and checked in often before, during, and after our stay. They thought of everything! Every comfort of home you might need with a rustic twist of being in a tent. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The shower got hot and had great pressure. The area was beautiful and serene. Directions given to find our location were spot on, and it was close by to all the attractions and the small town of Slade so we truly made the most of our time there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Such an adorable cabin, and you'll get your stair workout in too. No drafty windows, lovely warm wood finishes throughout, ceiling fans, a burbling creek right at your front porch. Very convenient location for accessing the north half of the Gorge. I heard a barred owl and a whipoorwill as well as tons of smaller songbirds right from the porch. The ONLY downside was the mattress in the master suite, which had a firmness somewhere between a really stale candy circus peanut and a very soft rock, but if you do enough hiking I promise you'll still manage to fall asleep on it. If you're planning a less active vacation, maybe bring a mattress pad. The hot water warms super fast and it's plentiful! Remind yourself that mineral springs have attracted humans for ages and try to appreciate the aroma as part of the experience. I loved this place and will definitely try to rent it again."

"My cousin and I stayed at this property. It is perfectly located compared to the red river gorge. The hosts gave us incredible restaurant suggestions, and even left a hiking map for us which guided our whole weekend."

"Close to several excellent hikes. Property not remarkable but has fire pit and woods on one side, close by neighboring lodges. Well-appointed accommodation with excellent communication from hosts (had a couple of issues which were promptly and hospitably tended to). Really cozy spot to call home while exploring RRG beauty."

"This cabin was in a great location being just a short drive to natural bridge state park and Daniel Boone right near the trails for some of the best reviewed hikes and sights in the area. It is a great cabin for those who want to play hard outside during the day and have a comfortable place to crash at night. What stood out most was the cleanliness of this cabin. It was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The wifi worked great and there were a lot of nice “extras” we didn’t expect like Ale 8 in the fridge and Roku for the tv complete with direct tv to catch the match madness games. There is a blackstone and several gas grills on the property along with fire pits that would be great for cooking out and sitting around the fire. The only downfall was the lack of soundproofing. We had kids in the duplex style unit next to us that were yelling quite a bit. We could also hear full conversations from the couple next to us and the males coughing woke us a couple times during the night. We felt we had to whisper talk to keep our convos from being heard from the other patrons. While this was a downfall it didn’t ruin our trip or deter us from returning as we spend most of our day enjoying nature and just used the cabin as a space to wind down and sleep. Jeff and Becky’s directions and communication were phenomenal prior to the trip and we had no hiccups that required us to contact them during. Over all we had a wonderful time!"
