"My reserved room faced a busy road and I wasn't able to sleep the first night due to the constant traffic and noise. I was switched to a different room for the final two nights stay which was much quieter. The two hotel representatives that assisted me were caring, helpful and outstanding employees."

"It was great! We did find the cleanliness wasn’t top notch (stains on carpet, smell of smoke) however the staff was friendly, amenities were great and it was a great weekend getaway for us. "

"Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!"
