Nice resort but service is needed to be improved
The hotel is a bit old, but it is spacious, and quiet. Price is expensive. There is one thing that I don’t like, they charged me for the slippers when checking out, however, they did not check the room thoroughly before charging me.

Good Staffs, Good environment
Breakfast was very nice, all staff are very nice and good service . The room was very nice setting because we asked for the honeymoon setting .Room was very clean and tidy. Big room and and the air condition it is totally no problem. Our room 11 is near the restaurant and swimming pool,it is very convenience and we took a lot of nice pictures. And no loud and crowded around our villa. It is good to relax and for honey moon trip.

Excellent choice for vocation
it’s very relax staying in Vijitt resort. Nice staff, beautiful beach (surprise to see the different nature of high/low tide), very clean environment. Enjoyed the infinite swimming pool and the classes provided ( Thai boxing, yoga, cooking class.

- Overall, the resort is in good condition, the staff is nice, I enjoyed my stay in the 2-storey villa very much. - Would be great if they offer more choice of food for the breakfast buffet. - There are mosquitoes everywhere, good the fact that they provide anti-mosquito spray, still we have got more than 10 bites during our stay.

房間很大。泳池很大。早餐相當豐富。 位置雖然偏遠，但很寧靜舒適。適合一家大少來渡假。 有免費泊車，適合自駕人士。

总体来说是还不错的度假别墅，园区环境很静谧，别墅独立性也不错，景观很好 稍有不足的是服务不及国际连锁的星级酒店，毕竟是本地品牌，可能专业性稍差。 另外由于我们是旺季（中国春节假期）入住，游客较多，导致服务质素下降，泰国人其实是慢生活的，不喜欢太忙碌，因此对于应接不暇的客人有些招架不住，甚至有的服务员表现出了明显的不耐烦，园区内需要搭乘电瓶车，但我们每次都要等很久，因此希望各位不要赶在旺季去。 酒店设施没有照片上那么好，但也不是特别差，应该是年代较久和维护不及时造成的。最不方便的主要是起居室和卧室居然要室外联通，独立上锁！而且卧室不能冲凉只能浴缸。如果洗澡需要拿着钥匙锁好门走到室外，下楼，开锁，十分不方便。

It is an old hotel
The villas were built on a hillside. The road is very steep and slippery. The facilities is mal function during my stay including security device and the hotel water supply. The towel is old and dirty. There also black spot dirt on the bed. Howveer the external and indoor environment was nice and quit. In hotel activities is very very limited. No interesting activities is available. The breakfast was only general, below acceptable level

Its near the beach and has restaurant near by.
Suggest to rent a motorcycle to explore around the area. Although the location of Hotel is remote , there are free shuttles to large shopping malls and to Rawai beach. The pool is great. A really relaxing journey.

酒店离PaTong有点远，不过有免费接驳车去PaTong。总体来说是个非常好的酒店，里RAWai海滩耐汗海滩都很近。工作人员人非常好，5分好评。还有机会去普吉，还会住这家。

環境及獨立小屋很舒服，要常到巴東逛街及沙灘的人，不建議住這裡，交通不方便， 大堂、餐廳、泳池的服務不太佳，要加强服務，很多服務員都是板着一副黑臭臉對代客人， [也有服務不錯的服務員：餐廳的服務員 Name:Joey good service and Name:Syukvi very good service (face with a smile)]

Nice Resort
是一間舒適寧靜的酒店，服務人員很禮貌，足不出酒店也能在酒店內的私人沙灘和 Infinity Swimming Pool 樂上半天。地點是偏遠了一點，但你絕對可以遠離 Patong 式的煩囂，我們是自駕遊的，來往最近的市集是Kata Beach只需15﹣20分鐘 Patong Beach也是約 35分鐘，還有5分鍾便可到達附近的 multi activity centre, 內有各類型活動包括騎大象、燒槍、小型賽車等。酒店的自助早餐很豐富，酒店有提供 Golf Kart 來回酒店各處，潑個電話到總機5-10分鐘車便開到接載你了。酒店或許是比較舊了一點但清潔程度可以接受，但留意會有很多蚊子。我覺得 Prime Pool Villas 兩層式的客房會人讓失望，樓梯設計在房門外，樓下客廳和 private pool 還有點殘舊不能接受，我們還得要加錢轉了Two Bedrooms Pool Villas。整體感覺良好。

慘痛的經驗～花6萬泰銖房費買跳蚤叮～Crazy horrible flea bite resort
I'm so regret to stay Vijitt resort . There are three reasons why I never ever stay Vijitt anymore. First we had gotten the flea bit during our stay. we stay from 01NOV - 03NOV 2014. room 88 . it's a swimming pool villa. But there is a horrible flea in the bed. My husband and me was bitted by flea whole night.Our mosquito net was old and broken few hole . I don't believe it's a clean and qualify room. Secondly, the staff didn't make their promise come true. When we arrived on the 1st NOV morning we told the front dest staff that we will check out on the 3rd 1 am ,so if it possible to take the second night breakfast on the first day. They promise us yes but we have to pay in the restaurant first then they will deduct the breakfast fee for us when we check out. But actually the duty manager didn't do so.He try to play the game with us. So we pay for two night and three day breakfast fee in the end. He was very arrogant and bad attitude. I don't think I pay for this kind of attitude service. Third the SPA is extremely bad. We had done the sinature spa (15000 bat for two people) but it was so bad! By the end they asked the tip we paid for 1500 bat but I don't think it's worth.My husband and me stay for two days in total we pay more than 60000 bat.But we don't think it's worth it . we never stay in such resort with horrible flea and bad service staff. It's horrible experience make us nerve ever come back to 38years Vijitt resort anymore.

客房冷氣一定要開到high 才有冷氣，low& middle只是出風，仲要出風位置對正牀頭吹正個頭，要掉轉瞓牀尾才能入睡！那張放在pool villa 露台的沙發牀非常爛舊，那私人沙灘的太陽椅墊超級恐怖，有幾廿隻死亡的飛蟻翅膀在椅背上，沒有員工清㓗！早歺沒有什麼選擇。只有那pool villa 是一流的！夠大！員工都友善。

酒店离查龙码头近但是去其他地方交通费贵
酒店离查龙码头近，但是皇帝岛一日游接送的话要另外加钱。环境蛮好的，绿化很多，进去要坐小电瓶车，大概有100幢别墅左右吧。有餐厅泳池小卖部SPA屋，我们做了2小时的massage，价格还是可以的。服务态度很好，房间有免费的水果吃，半露天的冲凉，大浴缸。就价格来说还是很实惠的。就是去巴东打的要蛮多钱，酒店也有shuttle bus 去巴东跟普吉镇，但是要在入住期间内去，check out 之后就不能享受免费待遇，这点很不近人情啦。外面吃的不太有，所以要吃的就只能窝在酒店餐厅吃了，我们点晚餐送了烤面包，超好吃。餐厅服务不太好，可能没给小费的缘故吧，感觉冷冰冰的。前台的态度就好很多。

這酒店適合情侶度假，環境優美，而且服務十分好，員工友善，價錢合理。酒店還提供免費外島遊。 唯一不足就係地點較偏遠，酒店提供的免費shuttle bus 尾班車前往芭東是2pm，如要外出食晚飯，需坐的士。

明年我还来，价格与品质一致，服务一流，周到。位置稍偏，但酒店安排有定时班车
我住过最满意的酒店，别墅式的客房，露天的淋浴，奇妙的旅行啊。。。服务非常到位，服务员和蔼可亲，免费的摆渡，每天的免费客房水果，人性化的雨伞拖鞋，大大的浴缸（孩子最爱）。大大的床，非常有风格的吊扇，晚上雨滴打在屋顶发出的不一样的声音。早餐很丰盛，午餐，晚餐少贵，附近也有当地风味小吃。漂亮的泳池，退潮的沙滩，与老外一起沙滩排球。儿童KIDS带泳池，PS2，大人也可玩游戏哦，便宜的单车租赁。晚上住宅区灯光既安静又惬意，独立而隐私。最妙的是酒店安排的班车，珊瑚岛旅游哦，很划算，HAPPY，免费哦，自费吃，玩，其他免费。

酒店很好，但是周边是荒芜的地区。
酒店有九十多栋VILLA，整体面积不算很大，为了能让每栋VILLA都能看到海，酒店建立在一个山坡上，无边公共泳池和两个餐厅都在海边，也就是说都在山脚下。我们住的VILLA也是在海边，前面直接就是大海，看海景一流，很合适喜欢看海但不喜欢下海游泳的人。同时问题是每次出酒店都要爬一座小山坡，刚开始几天不好意思叫前台排电瓶车过来接我们，最后两天实在爬得太累了，每次出门都会打电话叫前台派车过来。酒店所在的海滩比较脏，沙滩杂物很多，远比不上KATA、KARON或者NAIHAM。但是退潮的时候有将近700米的滩涂，有很多蟹可以找来玩儿，晚上的话更有像大闸蟹那么大只的。check in人多的时候要等比较久，第一天没有house keeping，要打电话叫人来做。另一天则是忘记放下干净的新毛巾。不知道是不是因为用的是电热水器，热水完全不够热，而且两个人接着洗澡，第二个人一般洗一会就没热水用了，浴缸也永远不能用热水填满。离各大海滩都比较远，用平均时速40KM的摩托车开去PATONG的话，单程要50分钟左右。

Facilities and service
Hotel staff at reception desk was not nice to talk to, when we asked for information about horse riding and boat tour, a reply was given upon a question, the staff has not been proactively giving full details of the activity, no explanation and no options, overall the attitude was cool and impatient. Other staffs were nice. Room are not user friendly especially the bathroom , if I don't want to have shower at the outdoor, i get the bathroom floor all wet because the bath tube does not have any curtain. The bath tube is high and not easy to get in and out.

非常棒的入住体验！非常值得推荐的酒店！ 服务人员态度一流，酒店设施完善！如果你想找一个安静的、自然环境一流的酒店，绝对是普吉的首选酒店。唯一不足就是没有海滩，下海要去附近的海滩，或者乘坐酒店的shuttle bus去珊瑚岛，应该也是不错的感受！

入住的当天酒店的海滩退潮了，只看到一片滩涂，心里有点失望，可是第二天涨潮后，还是觉得美极了。整个酒店的园林设计非常好，光是在酒店拍照我就花了半天时间。员工服务很敬业也很友好，让我觉得很亲切。总之，这个酒店的大多数都让我觉得很满意。小小的遗憾是酒店的位置有点远，找车不是太方便，二是早餐不算太丰富，不象是五星级酒店。

Sehr schönes Resort! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, welches sehe zu empfehlen ist, da das Meer nicht zum Baden einlädt. Jedoch kann man wunderbar bei Ebbe durch das Meer wandern. Preise in den Restaurants sind auch im Verhältnis zu den typischen Preisen etwas teuerer jedoch in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und wir konnten aufgrund unseres späten Fluges am Abflugtag noch die Duschen im Gym nutzen. Große Empfehlung! Das Gym ist sehr sauber und bietet einige Geräte für ein Workout. Kinderspielplatz und Kinderpool vorhanden. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool direkt am Meer ist sehr schön!
