"Have been staying at this location for years! It is only rated as a 3star hotel. But there are others in the same street with the same rating. Stayed with them also. But they be a 3 star then the royal view easily be a 4 star. Of course others might disagree. But rooms are spacious Bathroom is with a tub. "This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. As usual, the room is very clean and simple. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was offered a brolly when it was raining by a female staff (didn't get her name). I requested for an extra pillow from staff Ae and he offered 2, but i just needed 1 and the pillow was sent immediately. Keep up the good work! For shopping, there are big malls around this vicinity like Big C, Central World, Siam Paragon, MBK, etc (walking distance). Will stay here again."

Especially if you still have feeble hours before your departure time and you want to go for a shopping first,you can store your luggages at the check-in desk even after you check out. 9/10 for the boxpackers hostel. keep up your good work. "Clean & convenient stay. Friendly staffs too. About 10 mins to bts Victory Monument. 7-11 is just around the corner. The only downside is the curtains. Even the street lights could penetrate the curtains. There's no lift too 😅"
