"Just so beautiful here....and I love that you can just walk outside and snorkel with tropical fish. Rick is just awesome! We forgot some stuff at the villa and I couldn't believe that he drove all the way to the airport to give it to us! That is the kind of person he is, just the best. He is also a super interesting person 😂. We even received bananas and ate guava from his garden. Awesome, relaxing place....and it has wifi. "

"The property was as described, large and comfortable. The pool was cleaned by friendly staff twice in the week we were there. Pool/beach towels and flippers and life jackets also supplied. I would have liked a dishwasher and scissors - first world problems! This didn't spoil our holiday though."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Atupa Suites! It was convenient to Avarua town which has everything you need. Having a pool was so perfect for chill afternoons when we had nothing planned. It was super quiet except for some loud noises from the neighbours the first morning and very seperate from anyone else around including the other suite and the owners. Only thing to note is the driveway got very muddy and we struggled with our rental car as it was quite small. Would definitely stay here again! "

"This is our 2nd time renting this unit, and the location can’t be beat! You can snorkel right outside your door. The bungalow has everything you could need. Unfortunately the weather on this visit was rainy for several days, so we were thankful for the WiFi and tv. The large covered deck was really nice as we could still sit outside even in the bad weather. Communication was always excellent with the owners, and I’m sure we will be back again!"

"We were super happy with our stay in Rarotonga and this lodging. The location was super. Nice snorkeling right off the (nice sand) beach. Great view from the bed and from the good size deck. Quiet. 24 hour small grocery store a short walk away. Several eating options within a mile. Was a bit hard to find when we arrived at midnight, but so worth it! The restaurant right next door (mentioned in other reviews) was never too noisy or obtrusive."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was as described and very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to Muri and we loved how quiet the area was. The beach is gorgeous and we had so much fun snorkeling and kayaking out to the motu each day. We also enjoyed the pool and used it more than I had expected. The fresh fruit platter was a lovely touch which we appreciated."

"I wish I could give the Villa 10 stars. It was impeccable, with lots of space and thoughtful amenities. The view is breathtaking, overlooking the lagoon and you often get a nice breeze. Just a short walk down the hill takes you to the crystal clear lagoon where you can swim with sea turtles and tropical fish. They have paddle boards, kayaks and bikes for you to use. The private wifi and smart rv didn’t really work for us but the DVDs were enough (and you can get a vodaphone wifi pass at almost...
