Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.

Our Villa was soo beautiful with everything you could ever need and we loved having the pool right outside our doorstep. The best 8 days ever! Sane and her team made staying here so easy. My daughter loved the local cat smoocher who always came for a visit a breakfast time. The bed was the perfect with a soft topper on. The general up keep of the property beautiful. It's easy to see the staff take pride in caring for the promises. Couldn't ask for better staff always had smile on there face, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Cleanliness was spot on. Just to mention Arriving at night was a bit daunting as it was very dark trying to find our villa and there was a few wild dogs barking as we got out the taxi. Definitely would recommend this place and we will be returning for sure

The general manager Sane is an angel and whatever they pay her they should double it. The team of people that work here are so lovely and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay the first and second time around and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Diamond service - The general manager Sane stayed behind 1.5 hours after work to make sure I checked in ok. My flight was delayed, I was stressed and Sane still gave amazing service, I’m looking forward to coming back, highly recommend.

Lovely units, we had an upstairs one with lovely outlook. Nice pool and 3 spas.. Grounds very well kept and pleasant surrounds. A 10 minute walk to the township.

The point of difference were Sane and Joe making our stay so welcoming and personal, they were always happy to help with what we needed and I loved that they took the time to talk to us about our trip and even provide great recommendations. The breakfast was always delicious and having fresh fruit from their garden just made it extra special. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool being so close to our room and majority of the time it was very quiet and relaxing. We recieved a special fruit platter on our arrival for our anniversary and it just made our day. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Cant say enough about the Kia Orana Villas. Met by the General Manager, Sane, as we stepped out of the car, and who also farewelled us as we departed. Lucky to stay for 19 nights so we became family. Fantastic staff all round who shared their lives and families with us. Felt like home, not a hotel. Awesome pool area, which was never crowded. Great breakfast spread each day to peruse prepared by Lai, while being visited by the cat, Smoocher, for cuddles each morning. Any minor issues or requests were quickly attended too. Loved our spacious one bedroom villa. Was great to have a washing machine and dryer, expresso coffee machine and of course the Weber BBQ. Super comfy bed. We were sad to leave it behind. Was a fantastic way to relax and avoid the hussle and bustle of a large resort. Close to the airport and town, with easy access to the beach at Blackrock, and the cross Island walk access is just down the road. Can't say enough really. We will definitely be back.
