"Staff was amazingly good everywhere (servers, reception, pool staff, etc). Jesus at the Sunrise side main pool area was amazingly fun and competent. He made each day fun. Bad: the shows each night are very fun. But most shows have a dinner in the area prior to the show so you have no way to sit and actually watch the show when you get there. This frustrated a LOT of people. Scratch the pre-dinner if you’re promoting a show you want people to attend. Give them a place to sit. Overall this place is excellent. We had a great time and would love to go back. "
