It costs s/10 and 10m to the hotel from city center. Staffs r nice and environment is good for relax.should get there earlier to sit by titicaca lake side.

4* hotel that doesn’t provide a kettle !!
It is a lovely hotel with great views and the staff are very good. But a 4* hotel should at least have a kettle in the room - this just seemed poor. We couldn’t get the aircon to work, but it wasn’t hot so not a big deal

Great stay.
Pleasant hotel with amazing views over the lake. The hotel is a little dated in places but this is made up for by the amazing staff and great service.

世界旅行中ですが、ソネスタは初めて使いましたが、色んな面でマリオットと比べると劣ります。 部屋は古く、コンセントが少なく、朝食も普通って感じです。特徴もなしです。スタッフの対応は良かったです。 VIPアクセスの恩恵は何も無く、空いていましたが、アップグレードもダメと言われました。 ロケーションはカフェからのチチカカ湖は素晴らしいです。部屋から見たかった。

Pretty lake room.
The view over the lake from the hotel was lovely - nice to watch the boats bobbing while I ate breakfast. The staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi to greet me at 5am after my night bus arrived and I paid for an early check-in at that time, which was most welcome. I had filtered hotels in hotels.com to only feature those which had a spa. This hotel came up as having one but does not, so that was a bit of a disappointment.

We have such a lovely time at the hotel, the staff was so helpful, Jose at the restaurant always greeting us with a big smile, Samuel help us to pet the baby alpaca what was the best part for our daugther, Vanessa in the front desk was always helpful, our room was always spotless thanks to Noemy. Beside all the helpful and lovely staff, the view of the garden with the lake is so peaceful. We wish to come back soon.

Outstanding Hotel
Our whole family loved this place. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The restaurant had a great free breakfast. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We enjoyed walking into town even though it was a bit of a trek. For those less inclined, a taxi ride was cheap. Views of Lake Titicaca were amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property situated on the shores of Lake Titicaca on the outskirts of Puno, just a short distance from the new stadium and the University. There is boat access from the hotel pier and tour operators for Uros Islands and Taquille can pick you up from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and we found the staff to be most gracious and accommodating to guests with limited Spanish language ability. The alpacas grazing the grounds was an added bonus. Recommended.

Schönes hotel direkt am See
Das hotel liegt direkt schön gelegen am titicaca see. Toller Garten indem 4 Lamas hausen und ansonsten noch jede Menge wasserschweine. Nachteil, das hotel ist fernab vom Schuss. Man muss essen was das hotel anbietet, und das ist qualitativ maximal durchschnittlich und für peruanische Verhältnisse teuer! Zudem gibt es nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer! Gerade aufgrund der Höhe, und der Tatsache dadurch das man viel trinken muss, wäre das das mindeste. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il faut reconnaître que le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont très propre, même si elles mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement dans la partie nuit (les salles de bains ont été refaites récemment). Au niveau du service, l'accueil à la réception est très bon et très sympathique. Le service au restaurant est efficace mais pourrait être plus sympathique. En règle général un très bon séjour.

Anlage schön gelegen, mit Seeanstoss. Es tummeln sich Meerschweinchen, Vögel und Alpacas auf dem Rasen der Außenanlagen. Es lässt sich all das von windgeschützten Pavillons aus betrachten. Personal sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Zimmer haben Seeblick, sind geräumig und pieksauber.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage und das Hotel sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Gutes WiFi. Der Service war ebenso klasse. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war dass wir nach unserer Nachtfahrt mit dem Bus sehr früh Einchecken konnten. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und die Auswahl beim Frühstück noch besser. Die Lage des Hotels mit Aussicht auf den Titicacasee war unbeschreiblich. Auch wenn das Hotel etwas abgelegen von Puno ist, haben wir gerade die Ruhe sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Sonesta at Lake Titicaca
The shower drain was not working properly so the water in the tub took awhile to drain which meant you were standing in water while you showered. It looks like they are updating the hotel as a lot of the rooms on the first floor were under construction which is a good thing. Overall the hotel was very nice and the food in the hotel was really good. Free breakfast and we ate dinner there one night and we were pleasantly surprised.

Best to access via vehicle, although you can walk from the city of Puno but I don't suggest it. We had a beautiful room that was very clean with a large bathroom and our room had a view of the back of the property (which was very well maintained) including the lake. Staff were very friendly and professional. We arrived early and they stored our bags for us and delivered to the room. Highly recommend!
