"What an amazing place. The perfect beach condo right on the sand. The facility was wonderful and our host Olga was even better. Great communication and very responsive. This condo is part of a resort, with great amenities, but does not include the all inclusive meal package. We opted to purchase the additional meal package but probably wouldn’t do it again. The food was just okay and a bit expensive. I’d probably just get an Uber to the grocery store and do some simple meals. We hope to be back...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Stephanie’s condo. You would have a hard time finding a place closer to the beach or a nicer beach. It was just beautiful. The ground level patio had a large table, couch and small pool for cooling off. At night we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It was also nice that this portion of the beach was not crowded when we were there, and we had no problem finding lounge chairs. "We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website."

"This penthouse is spacious and has all the amenities one needs for exploring the north coast... the pool on the property is perfect for kids and for relaxing... i loved the beach and swam every day but it is only for very good swimmers who understand currents and undertow... the view is amazing... only a few minutes into cabarete to enjoy other adventures and restaurants."

"was not provided with a Ground floor Suite. Instead was provided with a Simple Motel quality room on the 2nd floor, that lacked Any furniture = Nowhere to sit. No complimentary Safe. Poor internet access. Soft bed, with Extra-Large pillows = too full / bad for the neck. The Food was fair / Ok. Nothing Special, even in the better restaurants. Had to reserve a table each day = A Real Hassle. 3rd -World quality Shuttle bus to get around the resort. Water drinks and low quality beer / wine.Security...

"This rental was exceptional. The amenities were ample with enough towels, pots and pans, glasses etc. The view was excellent with property that is well manicured and secure. The owner was very obliging ( we needed a microwave and received it the next day.) He also responded quickly with answers for us and was one of the better owners we have been in contact with. All in all, a relaxing stay"

The condo was so clean and bright and the decor was so tastefully executed. We had everything we could've needed for our stay. The guide book provided was extremely helpful and overall, the staff were superb! We had a bit of a long wait before we could check in but I think that was due to unforseen circumstances.
