"I booked the room for a surprise visit for my boyfriend’s birthday. I decided to pay the extra $80 for an upgraded room with an ocean view balcony. Our first room that I bought as a so called balcony room was no balcony, it was a window ledge that neither my bf nor I could barely stand on let alone walk or sit. It was a joke. After complaining to the front desk I was shown a patio room with no view as an option to move. This was not close to what I had booked. On my second trip back to complain...

"Very convenient, great location, safe, near everything all walking distance..taxis available rooms were good comfortable. No complaints except they said we could check in early and once we get there they say no rooms available until check in.. good thing is they can keep your luggage inside until it’s ready for you. "
