Our room was a super clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning was in the room, breakfast on the top of the roof with an amazing view of Rome every morning! We had fresh juice and delicious coffee, fresh croissants, cheese, fruits, and yogurts. Hotel is within walking distance from the attractions. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Big thanks to the manager who helped us with our transportation from hotel to airport!...

"The rooms were easy to access, there was privacy , convenient for meals and cafe /bars and great to get around. Metro was 10 mins away and St Peter’s Basilica 15 min walk. Pasquale, Emily and Chiara were all helpful. The rooms were well kept . "

A few things that were of concern were: The entry and elevator to 4th floor were not clearly marked and the representative didn’t meet us in lobby to greet us and get us to the location. After carrying our luggage around lobby and several text messages to representative requesting directions, I had to ask for him to come down to lobby to greet us and help us get to the unmarked elevator area. "The entire hotel staff was amazing! They anticipated and accommodated our every need to enjoy the best of Rome. They switched our rooms due to some unpleasant plumbing issues and comp us a couple of drinks after we endured furniture being moved above us after a private event near midnight. The location is prime for walking everywhere in Rome. The nearby alleys, however, were unpleasant in terms of odor. The restaurant "Alto" staff was not as friendly nor accommodating as everyone else and after...
