"In short, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot.
The staff is helpful, warm, courteous and efficient.
Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and elegant.
The rooftop bar and restaurant have an amazing view of the city.
The location is perfect: The Duomo and The Galleria are only a few mintues away on foot, and Linate is 20 -25 minutes by car/taxi."

"Front desk staffs are friendly and granted our request for a free upgrade. Answered our questions clearly. Break fast is not included but we still ate at the hotel and the food was all good. Servers are very attentive and with respect "
"We had a wonderful welcome from the reception and concierge team. We had urgent documents to print and sign and the team were very efficient and helpful, thank you Vanessa! Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The restaurant didn’t cater particularly well for Coeliacs but we had a celebration dinner with friends and they were made to feel very welcome. The concierge gave us great gluten free eating recommendations We will definitely visit again, thank you. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, were so friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. They went out of their way to make our son feel special and went above and beyond when it turned out we’d booked the wrong room through Expedia - upgrading us as soon as possible. Location, breakfast and facilities were great."
