"The security and location of this condo was excellent. Overall our stay was pleasant, and the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach by email only. We addressed a few concerns about the property and they quickly responded to our request. The bedding was excellent and the beds very comfortable. It is conveniently located on the ground floor with a patio door that accesses the parking lot. Be sure and get the reserved parking space directly in front of the unit. It's a game changer...

"My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament in Baton Rouge that could last anywhere from 3 to 7 days. We opted to not do a hotel. This condo was perfect and about a 7 minute drive to the field. It was great! Host were hands down the BEST! Very easy to communicate with and very flexible with check in and check out times. Will for sure stay here again."

"We were attending an event at Raising Cane's Rivercenter and wanted to be somewhere that we didn't have to worry about driving through traffic or paying parking fees. This location is PERFECT. We walked to the riverfront for sightseeing, walked to PJs Coffee and were able to walk to the event center (all less than 10 minutes walk). That being said - there were some events at night that brought a lot of traffic. People were outside "pre-gaming" and hanging out. I don't know if I would go...
