We have double bookings on this hotel. But they did not give us refund on the double bookings. They are fully booked and have our other room (the double booking) rented out. So it is not fair that we stayed only in one room and charged for the price of two rooms. It would be fair to refund to us the second room that we had paid for.

* Have stayed in this hotel twice previously. * Bedroom: included bedroom, sitting room and balcony, very well presented and decorated with ample plug points. Beds very comfortable with adequate toiletries provided. Housekeeping staff a credit to the hotel. The one downside was the inadequate air conditioning which we could not have operating below 19 degrees C....struggled to have a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel did however provide us with a fan. * Reception staff very welcoming and always accommodating....could not fault them at all. * Bar/dining area: All the waiters/waitresses staff were delightful. First class service, friendly and always with a smile. Very much hope to return to this hotel in the near future......this area of Galicia is a gem to visit and explore.

First and foremost : All the staff members we had contact with were amazing - always polite, friendly and accommodating. We stayed in this hotel 6 years ago and stayed in the same room again. The room had been beautifully upgraded and had all the facilities over and above that expected for a 3 star hotel. However, the provision of a kettle would have been welcomed. We have no real negative comments to say about the hotel.

We were upgraded as a courtesy to a higher floor with balcony and tub. Big difference. This room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Excellent linens. Great location.

Nice, modern hotel on the edge of the historic district. The room had big windows and a roomy bathroom with a really great shower. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast room. I would love to stay there again.

Good location but didn't feel welcome
The hotel was conveniently located in Pontevedra's old town and our room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel itself lacked personality and the staff was efficient but not at all welcoming.

Pontevedre is a lovely old town with a very safe local feel and nice plazas and shopping. This hotel has great secure parking just across the street and is very central to walk to everything. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is just OK but there are numerous cafes and patisseries very close for a nice basic breakfast.

Great hotel.
Very convenient location for all the great all the great bars and restaurants of the old town. Great that it’s a dog friendly hotel. Very helpful staff. We had a room with a balcony which was a great spot to enjoy an early evening drink. Only gripe would be that the bed was a little too soft. However would definately stay again.

almost perfect stay.
I had a very good stay at Rias Bajas. Staff was very welcoming and responsive to questions and requests. Hotels is right in the thick of things so walking to everything was easy. Hotel parking was just across the street. Travelling alone my room I booked a single bed. Price was great but not as comfortable as a double bed. I will return.

Location is great, only few minutes walk to all attractions. The room was clean and spacious, but there was an odd machine running sound continued all night, which was so annoying and uncomfortable and we can't fall asleep. Breakfast was good though with quite a lot choices

Convenienly located!
We arrived by car, and it was good to be able to park in their parking area which is in the basement. There is an additional cost for parking. The hotel offers comfortable space and all the basica one needs. It's clean and comfortable! It was nice to walk to everything around- churches, historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and more within short distance. This town is also appealing and good place to visit.

Uncomfortable Stay
Despite being in a good location, the service at this hotel was rude to unhelpful, at best. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, the beds were uncomfortable (2 atrocious twin size beds), and the staff refused to accept our hotels.com rate. When we checked in, we shared our printed copy of our rate confirmation stating there would be 2 adults staying in the room. The staff informed us that we had indicated a single use for the stay (this did not match our information) and we would be charged extra for the additional person in the room. Our friend stayed on her own (1 adult), and the room and amenities were identical to the room they were charging us extra for.
