Great Family Time
This was easy to find and set up. The hosts were very communicative during the entire process. When we arrived, the property was completely ready to receive us. The direct access to the beach was great! Easy to have together time and solitary time when needed. We made daily mini trips into St. Augustine to experience the local shops and food. There is plenty to do in the area and plenty to not do if you feel like relaxing on that lovely beach - especially finding amazin shells. The dogs loved the beach too! Highly recommend this location. Thank you to our hosts for such a great experience. We will definitely return again.

Sea Haven
We absolutely loved our stay at sea haven. It is a beautiful home and filled with a lot of necessities that we didn’t have to buy for our stay. It was great to walk out the back door onto the beach. The views in the house are amazing! Loved the fact that this beach is. Very private. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to stay here again in the future. The owner is great. Gave us a tip to check out the trails in Guana River just a half mile down the street. It was an awesome adventure! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Excellent vacation for large families
There is plenty of room to accommodate large groups. The private beach is awesome. There was plenty of supplies stocked up. Some things to improve - the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t seem to work in the ground floor.

Awesome family vacation
Excellent property for a big family (5 adults and 4 kids). Very comfortable accommodations. Had everything we needed. Excellent hosts who were very responsive and kind when needed and allowed total privacy otherwise. Great beachfront with a lot of active ocean life. Dolphin. Sea turtles. Fish. Shells shells shells. Had toys for the kids. Boogie boards. Really a perfect getaway for us. Awesome views of the sunrise every morning. Already booking for next year.

Not a good experience. I received multiple confirmations from VRBO, that I have the property from May5th-May 8th. I planned my entire trip itinerary for 6 teenagers and an adult. Two weeks prior I received a private email from the property manager that there was a VRBO mixup with a software update and I no longer have that property for the days I was promised and already paid for. By this time I have paid for all my flights for 8 guests, boat rentals, rounds at TPC sawgrass and more, which are all non refundable. I am still showing in my app and getting emails from VRBO that I had the property for three nights but the manager insisted it’s an error by VRBO. Not sure who’s at fault but it was not worth the headaches and extra expenses I incurred and still no attempt to compensate our group for their last minute changes.
