"Over all stay was good room was nicer than expected very clean and staff was friendly breakfast was really good but The whole family was disappointed because when we went to use the pool there was a sighn saying closed until further notice and the pool was the whole reason we booked here but we definitely would book again "

"We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. The cleaning crew rush to finish it up to get us into the room. The manager did apologize and offer to put us in another room but we decided it...
