"I loved staying here. The only issue I had was the a/c in my room couldn’t stay a consistent temperature. I followed the directions to a T and still had temps ranging from 75 - 69. I have a heart condition that requires me to stay cool ( and I went to Florida, I know.) The temps in the room never got dangerous for me, it was more uncomfortable. Everyone was absolutely lovely though. Especially the housekeeping staff who truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. "

The down side was the computer system was not working properly and checking in took too long, staff was very friendly, cordial and apologetic; Hampton Inn has been my favorite hotel for years but I think they need to do some upgrading in the rooms specially the mattresses, they are old.
