"Online listing was great. Upon arrival, the rooftop had major debris and gutters were clogged. Nothing was done about this. The pool was very dirty and took 48 hrs to be cleaned. I spent 4 hrs cleaning it myself. Trip hazards located around the pool. Missing cover located at pool skimmer. Damaged pool trim. A sharp broken knofe was locwted at pool deck. Pool deck was very dirty. Crab shells and food was found at pool deck. Broken bedroom drawers, dryer took 3 rounds to dry clothing, master...
