We got a great impression straightaway: we arrived very early and the owner kindly let us straight in - which was just what we needed after a 4:30 start! The room was superb, themed and very stylish with countless individual touches. Our ‘wing’ of the house had an excellent common room which had a full range of amenities to make us feel at home, up to and including the facilities for full scale cooking if required. Breakfast was excellent. Pierry was a beautiful little town, calm and tranquil with a plethora of champagne houses and other attractions. Nearby Épernay - and especially L’Avenue de Champagne - were awesome. Everything you’d expect from the the world’s great marques. Which altogether made for a fabulous vacation in the very heart of champagne country.

Watch out when you pay for your stay at Le Corrigot via ebookers!!! You will be taken advantage of and ripped off if you get the treatment we got! We stayed here in August 2019 and paid upfront by credit card via ebookers upon booking. On site, we were obliged to pay the same amount again in cash for the same booking, as instructed by the person onsite (Leticia), due to her maintaining that the site is not equipped for credit card payments and notwithstanding the information provided by ebookers and my explaining and showing that we had received an invoice/receipt confirming the payment by e-mail. I mislaid the receipt for the cash payment, which is unfortunate considering subsequent events. Upon receipt of the credit card statement, I immediately approached Le Corrigot and ebookers for a refund of the amount overpaid. My claim remains unresolved to date (almost one year after the facts!), as Le Corrigot continues to dismally fail to address this matter with me or ebookers, by remaining deaf and mute to our many attempts to communicate. This is unfortunate as we had a very pleasant stay at this address, but I fear that Le Corrigot cannot be trusted. Ebookers have been great, but their room for action is limited considering Le Corrigot's uncooperative and dishonest behaviour. Bottom line: we feel scammed!!!

Located in Pierry, a few miles from Epernay. It is in owner's property. Room was cosy with large bathroon on first floor thru stairs and view to the garden. On the ground floor there was like a living area for the guests. Wifi did not reach the room. Garden must be nice in summer times. Breakfast was very good and the owner very attentive. We wanted to park the car inside, instead of the street, but it was not possible during our stay.

This is a wonderful, fun place. I especially loved basking in the sun in the breakfast room. Rooms were nice. The breakfast was fantastic. I loved the garden with the cats and chickens and ducks and huge rabbit. And the people were soooo nice.

Boutique stay
Not easy trying to find the proprietor, but very pleasant when we phoned. A simple office sign would be sensible to help as lots of doors! We stayed in the business room which had a magnicent bathroom. Quaint and querqy is how I would describe the house, good area for making teas and coffee downstairs or just for sitting. Breakfast very good, freshly cooked eggs and bacon with plenty of other selections.

Stayed as part of a road trip so region chosen a little at random but lots of champagne houses in walking distance. We had the room with a private Jacuzzi and really enjoyed this. Nice breakfast and handy to have a small kitchenette (shared)

Beautiful Property
The property is beautiful. They will struggle for an early check in, 5pm is check in time. The whole garden, rooms, kitchen area, communal living room are all beautiful. The bathroom in the Business room is exquisite. The walk in water fall shower is dreamy and the breakfast is quaint. There are 4 champagne houses in walking distance and Epernay is a 15Euro cab from the Gite. i cannot rate this property more. Was great to buy food from the Supermarket and keep this in the fridge for a quick cheap lunch.

Quick Stay
It was a quick stay for us. I booked the hotel last minute and got there at around 8:30-9. Check in was a bit weird as there wasn’t anyone at the main entrance/desk/lobby so I called hotels.com to get me in touch with someone from the property. A young girl came out to give us the key. Unfortunately because of the language barrier I couldn’t understand much. She gave me keys and told me where breakfast would be served. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we left early the next morning. We parked outside the hotel hoping we wouldn’t get towed, I tried to ask for parking instructions but had no luck we did see other car parked on the side of the road so we did the same. The hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Enough towels, bottled water and pretty shower. Overall it was a good stay. Hotels.com saved the day otherwise we probably wouldn’t have been able to check in. Book in advance and contact property to get check in details if planning to arrive late.

Quite and comfort stay
When they say 5pm check in, they mean it. We called a day ahead to inform of our arrival around 3pm, just in case to have somebody at the place, but no luck. We waited for 2 hours so we just drove around town and went back around 4:20pm, parked and waited outside. The place is near the city but the location is in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast was good with warm bacon, crepes, and eggs. If you're a cat lover, they have at least 10 huge beautiful cats that will greet you out in the garden.
