"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

The room was a good size and we really liked the complimentary water and coffee. "I stayed 5 nights as this boutique type hotel and it swas absolutely fabulous. This is a beautiful stylish intimate hotel located right at the centre of upmarket Naples where all the shops and restaurants are. The seaside is only 5 minutes walk away and Via Toledo a mere 10 minutes walk. The staff were unfailingly friendly and heplful with bookings of taxis and tours. The room was ltatsefully decorated with the largest televison wall-mounted I have ever seen. Apart from the Italian channels there is also the BBC worldservice. The bathroom was equally superb and felt really luxurous. The bed was excellent quality and the room was quiet during the night. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly consider staying there again."
