Booked my room and stay a week before time… I have arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm and was told check in isn’t til 4pm in which needs to be addressed on the website or during booking. Checked to see if room was ready numerous of times at 2:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm after by told room still isn’t ready yet. Checked again at 5:15pm and wasn’t able to get a room til 6pm. All manager did was give free breakfast cards. Poor! poor! service upon arrival. Also needs a bigger parking lot. Had to park across the street at vib hotel parking lot. There was no parking spaces available in Sonesta parking lot.

This property was much better kept and managed when it was a Courtyard. We stayed here several times in 2020-2022, coming back in 2024 as a Sonesta property we were disappointed at the way it seemed rundown and not as nice.

I stay in a lot of hotels. This is by far the worst one I've stayed at a very long time. The cleanliness was non-existent. My room door barely shut. You can see light coming through every aspect of it. There was mold in the ceiling from a repair that was not done properly. The door had more fingerprints and marks on it than I've ever seen on anything. They've never cleaned the door. It was just really gross. All in all the elevator was gross. They left a service cart in front of the elevator for over 24 hours. It was gross honestly just really gross
