Phnom Penh is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are very helpful - eg hiring taxi, suggestions on sightseeing, a nice packed breakfast when I had to leave before breakfast time.

Some of the staff lacked basic English. The bed was on wheels on a hard floor, so moved about a foot when you got in it. There are no convenience Stores close by.

It’s a very convenient location has various restaurant within the hotel Only the bathtub is a problem as you need to step up the stall to get into it as a senior that’s quite dangerous

The staff are all kind and hospitable. The only think I dont like is the area where ur room was. It was too noisy even early in the morning you can hear cart rolling back and fort

Nice but abit old hotel
Hotel staffs are friendly.location is good and bad, good is quiet, bad is now other shops around that’s why it is quiet. But i super like one of the Chinese restaurants behind the hotel, the corner one. Ya! The wifi speed is good!water pressure is good too!

Worst hotel experience
1. Unfriendly service staff from the beginning. Slow to boot check in and check out. 2. Did not allow us to borrow an iron and ironing board because we did not stay in the VIP rooms. Utterly ridiculous. Only reluctantly agreed to do so when we complained. 3. Japanese restaurant staff and manager were unfriendly, and appeared that they couldn't wait for us to finish up and leave asap. Requested for menu to order dessert, and was rudely told off that they don't serve desserts. 4. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This is an outdated hotel. The bed was very hard, you could feel the metal coils and i had to sleep on pillows. I did not have a good nights rest the three nights i stayed. The hallways smelt of smoke and wet carpet. The breakfast food was not good, did not serve any fruit and was only able to really eat the rice. Staff was friendly and tried to be of service. Great with fetching transportation.

it was pleasure staying at this hotel, it was quite and room were clean with comfortable bed. price is little High it should not cost more then 60$ per night.

I thought it was good value. Facilities were clean, in working order and the pool was open throughout. The spa was good value too and the hairdresser. Breakfast was mediocre and a bit cold but dinner in the Japanese restaurant was very good. Concierges helpful and gave clear directions. Check in and check out staff adequate.

Great location - near tourist sites ...
Was on business trip and most of the time were out for meetings. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed during the time I was there. Old TV that didn't work and I don't have the time to ask the hotel staffs to check. Locals were saying it was not safe to travel alone outside the hotel so I didn't attempt to do so. The food served at the cafe is average. Service is prompt and no issue with that.

The hotel is going through some renovations. When we checked into our rooms we saw two cockroaches and they had to change out rooms for us. The did this immediately and the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

This well situated hotel seems to cater to conventions and meetings. It is comfortable and has all the usual amenities. The staff at the "business center" were not very helpful, nor was the desk staff. Bellmen were friendly and gave me lots of information.

It is a very nice hotel, clean and friendly. They do have restrictions that are not explained if you book through an internet company like Expedia. The breakfast buffet was terrific and there are a couple of very nice restaurants inside the hotel, but expensive.
