"The grounds are beautiful, pool is very nice. The place needed maintenance and cleaning. There was so many “things” (knick-knacks, old furniture,useless kitchen items)making it look quite messy. The driveway was very steep and extremely bumpy."

"Live like a local, in the thick of things, yet in a house that is quiet and cool. WE stayed in end of June, and swam every day among the bees smothered lavender. the house is close to Como, Milan, and Varese, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very nice, and were around when we needed things. Lots of grocery stores, and restaurants close by. "We traveled with friends to adventure in Como and go to the Formula 1 race. The location was perfect. It was tucked away and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. The property was beautiful. We found ourselves wanting to just hang out there instead of running around. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had an emergency with our son who was stranded in Italy for 2 days before we were to arrive. Manuella graciously arranged to allow our son to stay there for the two days before our arrival. Renato, her property manager was wonderful to deal with. A very nice home but not very close to the metro or trains but there is a bus I think. We did have to buy paper towels and toilet paper while there for 3 days. Highly recommend them."

Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
