No one was at the front desk when we arrived and an alarm was going off in the lobby. I used the phone in the lobby for assistance and they told me someone was on their way. I waited about 30 minutes and called again for them to tell me the same thing. Eventually someone came to check us in. She said “let me make sure this room isn’t occupied” and walked around the corner and quickly returned and said “we don’t have a room with 2 beds is it okay if I give you 2 rooms instead?” I agreed as long as she didn’t charge me for the second room. After I checked in someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. The woman at the front desk had given them the same room she had just given me. They said “I’m sorry she keeps giving us rooms that are already occupied.” There was a terrible smell and the hotel was not clean. I chose this hotel because they advertised that they had breakfast and we were leaving early in the morning so I thought it would be convenient. Of course they did not have breakfast or anywhere to even serve breakfast. Then to top it off in the morning no one was at the front desk the alarm was still going off and when I tried to get back in my room my key wouldn’t work. Luckily I had already packed my things and loaded them in the car. Terrible experience. Would definitely recommend NOT staying here!
