I can’t even begin to tell you what an amazing experience we had at Shelley’s place! The space is gorgeous and FULL of anything you could ever want or need. We cooked every meal (she had all the kitchen equipment possible!) and spent evenings snuggling on the couch watching movies and she had so many extra pillows and blankets, which was wonderful! The hot tub on the roof was such an added bonus, especially being there in December! The views were incredible, the property itself was lovely, and when we wanted to walk on the beach it was a quick few steps across the sky walk! This was our first trip to Okaloosa Island. We loved that it was quiet and not overly crowded. Yet you could walk to restaurants and shops and drive into Destin quickly. We liked staying on the bay side because of the lazy river. But it was also nice to easily walk over to the beach side. The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Rock by the Sea -
We performed at a favorite charity event, Rock by the Sea. The accommodations were spectacular, the location in proximity to the venue can't be beat. The lazy river is AMAZING! We hope to be invited back.

Beautiful, clean penthouse with stunning views.
This condo/penthouse was wonderful. Very clean and spacious for our whole family. The kids loved the lazy river, outdoor pools/hot tubs in the common area. Rick’s on the island is very convenient if you need a place to eat and don’t want to drive- It’s right next door! Shelly is great at communicating if you need anything. I would highly recommend!

With young kids we found the condo easy to relax in and easy to get to the pool and a beautiful beach. A quick walk to good shopping and food on the boardwalk or a short drive to other places. The condo was very comfortable and spacious.

Awesome Thanksgiving Get A Way
We had a fabulous stay and loved the condo and the rooftop deck with the hot tub was the icing on the cake. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved our stay here! This beautiful condo was clean, up to date and well cared for! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the master had beautiful views. The living room and dining room were very comfortable and had great views as well. We absolutely loved the balconies! Watching the sunset from the roof top was a treat! Accessing the beach was easy we drove to the beach side of the resort and parked a few times, but walked most of the time. The beach was not overly crowded and the included beach set-up (2 chairs and umbrella) was very appreciated. We loved the ease of walking to the Boardwalk from the resort beach for coffee, fireworks and meals. We also loved the location, it was easy to get to our plans in Destin and various grocery stores and restaurants. We would love to spend another vacation here! The owner was easy to contact and very helpful! We are thankful for such a pleasant rental experience, it made enjoying our vacation very easy! Wonderful property and owners!

We loved our stay! Exceptionally clean, great location, convenient to both Fort Walton and Destin. Great restaurants right across the street, amusements within walking distance, and pontoon rentals mere steps from the elevator door. Why stay anywhere else? We will return, often.

Perfect escape from reality
This was the perfect spot for our mom and daughters senior spring break getaway. Beautiful condo but the rooftop deck and hot tub was our favorite. Even with the cooler temps we had our first few days we were still able to soak up the sunshine. Just a short walk to the beach or a few steps downstairs to the pools and lazy river. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It would have been nice to have some beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and things like that. Having to bring so much extra stuff to enjoy the amenities that are advertised was a bit disappointing. Having some blankets for the beds for those cooler nights and more bath towels would have made our stay much more comfortable as well. The girls wanted to use the pull out bed in living area one night and were unable to as there were no extra linens or pillows.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a quick trip for a wedding. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Everything was nice and clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend. For your information this property has a regular coffee pot and a k-cup coffee maker and we were pleasantly surprised with 2 isolating fans in the master closet. It has pretty much everything you might need. Beautiful view on top deck with jacuzzi.

Loved the space!
Our family enjoyed the penthouse space so much. The spacious living room allowed for indoor fun for our group of 6 on cooler days and the rooftop was a blast on warmer days. Shelly was responsive and helpful when we had trouble with the hot tub. We hope to return in the future.

AMAZING STAY
This condo was everything you would want in your Florida stay. It’s super clean and spacious and the views are AMAZING! The hot tub was relaxing! The host was very responsive and answered every question I thrown her way. She even helped me with early check in and later check out time with me staying there the night of my wedding. Awesome condo!
We had such a great time here! We had a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The views are amazing and having a private hot tub was great, especially at night. On our last day we had an incident on the property outside of the condo and it was so easy to communicate with Shelley to get the information we needed (even though it was pretty early in the morning), which was SO appreciated. We all agreed that we will definitely go back!
