"When I first arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the desk. There was a sign that, in large print said "I'll be right back. I'm assisting another guest." After I waited for about 10 minutes someone who had already checked in returned to the lobby and knew that I actually had to call on the lobby phone for an employee (who was just through the door in the back behind the desk) to come out and help.
