Peyia Fontana is sympathetically planted with spacious well-maintained grounds and our choice Complex.

D201, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing break in the Cyprus sunshine. The large terrace has a hot tub, dining table and chairs, sun loungers which make it the perfect spot for relaxing and alfresco dining with the added benefit of a Special Wood Burning BBQ There is large awning to use for shade and you also have the most amazing views of the sunset. The perfect setting to sit back, relax and enjoy a sundowner, or glass of local wine.
The open plan lounge/diner is modern, bright and comfortable with one sofa bed, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with all you need. There is large twin Patio doors leading onto the terrace and giving you the most wonderful panoramic views. There is a double and twin bedroom, both bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are fitted with air con units. WI-FI and Smart TV are also featured in the apartment.
The communal swimming pool is overlooked from the terrace and is key to a cool down in the summer heat. The gardens with shady trees are clean, well maintained, and the perfect sunbathing spot!
This modern apartment is ideally situated, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars with Coral Bay a 5-minute drive away. Peyia village is around a 15/20-minute walk, where you are met with the most wonderful Cypriot hospitality. A great base to explore the island.
If you enjoy your stay with us, why not consider coming back to escape the cold winter months.
Many people now when possible "work from home" and some of our guests are cleverly picking Cyprus to do this from in the winter and spring. To assist we have increased our internet speed to 20Mbps with upgrade to fiber promised for December 2023. Provided a desk, ergonomic office chair, large 24 inch computer screen/s, headphones and other ancillary office equipment. We can even give you a poster of clouds and rain to put up as a backdrop for teams meetings!

Wonderful apartment with a view
This was a comfy apartment with a LARGE balcony with sea and mountain views. The kitchen was stocked with wine, juice, milk and munchies so we could immediately begin to enjoy our stay. We spent most of our waking hours on the balcony absorbing the Cypriot vibe.

Beautiful Penthouse with large terrace
We absolutely loved this apartment which had everything we needed. The large terrace has a hot tub, bbq, 2 well padded sunbeds, table & 6 chairs. The terrace also has pleasant views of the sea and hills. The apartment is on a private complex in a quiet location with a parking space under the building. The inside of the apartment is spacious and bright, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and bath robes were available. The starter pack of wine, beer, milk, fruit juice & croissants was great. Also available for our use in the apartment were toilet rolls, kitchen roll, cleaning products, wash up liquid, hand soap in the kitchen & bathroom, cling film, foil, washing detergent pods etc. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. On arrival we noticed the ceiling and floor fan in the living room were not working. We contacted Debbie from the management company and within 30 mins she was in the apartment to check the fans. She couldn’t fix them but within a day we had a replacement floor and ceiling fan. Thank you Debbie. Peyia village is a 30 min walk uphill where you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants and take aways, a car is therefore beneficial. There are great beaches nearby that you can drive to. We loved our time at Peyia Fontana and have now booked to go back next year.

Lovely apartment on private complex with friendly residents. This is a quiet location, but a quick drive to shops restaurants etc. The apartment has good air con, is spacious, the patio is amazing. Beautiful luxurious appartement
We have had a wonderful stay (1 week, end of June 2023) in this beautiful, spacious and very completely equipped appartement. We absolutely recommend this penthouse with the beautifully set (shared) swimming pool and private jacuzzi! One thing to consider: the spacious terrace is on the top floor and in the sun from mid-morning onwards. Sun shielding is limited (only 1 big umbrella): it can become very hot on the terrace in the summer months. The appartement itself has good airconditioning in the living room and both bedrooms (nb: ac's have to be reactivated every 2 hours). Big compliments for Aimee, the location manager of the property. She is such a nice person and always available for advise and tips. Thank you so much Aimee! This quiet apartment in Peyia is well situated for visiting nearby beaches (e.g. Coral Beach, a nice sandy beach at 5 minutes ride), for visiting historical sites in the region, and for great hikes on the Akamas peninsula (Avakas gorge nature trail is a must!) and in the Trodos mountains (e.g. trails to the Millomeris waterfalls and the Kalidonis waterfall). For shopping go to Paphos, at 20 minutes by car. We would stay here again!

Fabulous Apartment
I booked 3 apartments at Fontana through the same owner for after our wedding for family and friends. Wow what an amazing apartment with absolutely everything you needed and a welcome park to use on arrival. The owner allowed us early check in which was so helpful with a toddler. The whole family were blown away with the apartment. A car is pretty essential to get to the beach and shops but buses and taxis were available.

Lovely apartment in Peyia
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Peyia. The check in was a bit of a disaster but the management company rectified the problems to our satisfaction. Apartment was very nice, clean bathroom, comfy beds, and a great veranda for sunbathing. Wifi was good with access to lots of english film and TV channels. Communal pool was great for the kids and kept clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Great views on the patio area. Quiet location and within easy reach of beaches and tavernas. Only downside - unable to use the pool due to government interference. A shame because it is still beautifully maintained. The addition of a hot tub on the patio area helped to make up for it. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Clean and comfortable as you would expect from a listed 'LUXURY PENTHOUSE APARTMENT' in a quiet area just a 10min drive from Coral Bay shops and beach. I have concerns in regards to the TV. as it is too big for the stand and subsequently it is balanced precariously. Un-fortunately I managed to brush up against it and knock the TV of its stand. Expensive mistake, however had the TV been wall mounted or stood on a stand then I would be £350 better off. The owner did assure me that the TV would now be wall-mounted like his other rentals. There are no lifts to this third floor LUXURY APARTMENT. We have been to Cyprus twice a year for the last 10 years and despite my gripes re the TV and lifts we would consider visiting the apartment again.

Excellent apartment in beautiful spot
The apartment was beautiful - the large terrace meant there was a great private space for sunbathing or dining. The amenities were fantastic with everything you needed - plenty of towels and a great shower. It was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils required. It was a lovely touch that provisions were left - so grateful having arrived in the early hours of the morning! The owner was incredibly helpful and answered any queries very quickly. It's a lovely apartment in a peaceful location. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent apartment with enormous balcony, just as described. Communication with owner was easy with quick responses. If you want quiet, clean, comfy accommodation then this is for you. You need a car but can't comment on the bus service as we never used it. Would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Welcome pack was great especially when arriving at 2.30 a.m.!! All in all a great holiday !

We booked the apartment last minute and Dairmid was so helpful from the get go . The apartment is truly a home from home and more with all the special touches like housecoats , toiletries , soap powder and a lovely welcome pack you couldn’t ask for more . The apartment itself is beautiful and the terrace is just fantastic we did not want to leave . The views are stunning . We never went to the pool but it looked lovely and you have sun beds clearly marked for the apartment . Peyia village is a walk uphill and there are several pubs and restaurants with live music . We also discovered a chippy , an Indian and Chinese restaurants not far from the apartment too . I would highly recommend the apartment , book you will not be disappointed .

Surpassed All Other Accommodation We've Used
We come to Coral Bay area 3 or 4 times a year to cycle and have therefore stayed in every hotel and a variety of rentals over the past 10 years. I can honestly say that this is the most comfortable accommodation we have stayed in. This surpassed the 4 star hotels and Beach Club we have stayed in. The most important things for me: beds and pillows - were amazing. The natural light in the bathroom was great too. The kitchen was really well equipped and even the wine glasses were well chosen! These touches show the attention to detail by the owner that makes a world of difference. There was an electric blanket for the first night we were there which was still chilly.. 3 weeks later the weather had turned and there were new air con units and portable fans. The welcome pack was extensive including extra touches like beer, crisps and biscotti. The sun terrace is fabulous and doubles the size of the living accommodation, sunbeds have super thick mattresses and there are lots of spare towels, parasols and spare bedding. There was even shower gel, handwash, laundry detergent and washing up liquid. Nothing was forgotten. This all made our stay so much easier than any other we have stayed in. We are already planning another stay this summer. As we work when we are away, the owner DIarmid has even offered us extra equipment and furniture to enable us to work while away. Cannot thank him enough for such an amazing 3 week stay.

Det var en fin lejlighed. Dog ville vi gerne have vidst på forhånd at det var på 2 sal. Der var langt at bære madvare.Senge var komfortable på de 2 soverum. Når vi har booket bolig til 5 personer og det fremgår at der er plads til 5, oplevede vi at blive ærgerlige over, at den 5 opredning var på en almindelig sofa. Det var ikke som var beregnet til at sove på. Opholdsrummet/køkken er meget småt til 5 personer og det er meget sparsomt med køkken udstyr, når man godt kan lide at lave mad i boligen. Terrassen var fantastisk og der var god udsigt og masser af plads og gode møbler. Jacuzzi var en dejlig overraskelse. Det er et meget stille kvarter til børn. Der bor kun ældre mennesker i de andre lejligheder. Vi ville have sat pris på, at det fremgår det er et bureau der står for udlejningen og ikke en privat person. Alt i alt en god ferie trod lidt småt.
