Welcome to Whitestone Lakehouse! Our 7 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Waterfront Cottage is located just outside of Parry Sound & Muskoka on Whitestone Lake. Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

For the weekend warriors out there recreational amenities include relaxing on the Waterfront/Swimming/Boating/Hot Tub/Sauna/Canoe/Kayaks/Hiking Trails/Hammock/2 Fire pits for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and talking under the night sky.

Indoor fun for those rainy days include a Theatre so you can cozy up and binge watch that great show you have been dying to see. Kids have plenty to do - they can play the X box or use the Pool Table, Outdoor Ping Pong, Foosball or choose from lots of good old fashioned Board Games & Books from our floor to ceiling Library.

Massive cottage with all of the amenities!
Stayed with a group of 20 guys for a bachelor party. We were hoping to have a good time but thought the pictures looked too good to be true - boy were we wrong! The property was absolutely beauitful, not to mention massive! The host was super accommodating and all of the things we forgot or didn’t think to bring (towels, coffee, firewood, etc) were all provided by the host as part of our stay! Was super clean and a ton of fun! No bugs at all the entire weekend, water was a little chilly (but nothing you wouldn’t expect for a late April stay) but the hot tub and sauna helped with that! We’d stay again in a heartbeat! :)

Had an amazing time during our stay, the cottage was beautiful and the views/environment were just as breath taking. There is tons to do both inside the cottage and outdoors- we had a lot of fun enjoying everything this property had to offer. Kim was very informative and helpful both before and during our stay and was quick to respond to any inquiries. Would definitely return for another trip!

One of our best vacations!
The Lakehouse is perfect for bringing families together. We are a large group of 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 2-12 - and this cottage had something for everyone! The place is well equipped with games and activities, with loads of seating for adults to gather around while the kids play. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed to feed our large gathering. Kim (host) was very responsive and accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, one of the hot tubs was being replaced when we were there, but having a backup helped ensure we didn’t miss out. We would love to visit again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Kimberley's place. To start - this space easily holds a large group - without ever feeling like you are all on top of each other! Everyone had their own bedrooms (we were a group of 14) and the beds are so comfortable! this place also has everything you will need. the only item i would recommend is bringing dry wood and kindling to the sauna (in the winter) as the wood provided is left outdoors so it took us a while to get a fire going (3 hours) but once we got it going, it was perfect! We will definitely be booking this place again !

This property was perfect for a long weekend, the views from the house are beautiful and there is nature all around. The access to the lake with the sauna was really fantastic. We were 10 people and had lots of space to move around and enjoy all the amenities.

I and my friends had an amazing time at Kim’s chalet. Host provided us with an option of early check in and check out. Great hosts, they were always available for any questions and concerns. There was enough room and space for 18 of us. Games and recreation room kept us busy. We would definitely visit the lake house again.

Absolutely wonderful!
My group LOVED this space. First, the beds and linens are SO cozy, after being to many cottage rentals and not having a good sleep, finally we found a place with great beds! Kim was a fantastic communicator, and anytime something came up that we needed support with, she was on top of it quickly. I'd come back for this reason alone. The space is beautiful, kitchen is fully stocked, view was stunning, all around a fantastic stay. Thanks again Kim! Can't wait to return.

One of a kind cottage
Had an elopement wedding at this cottage and it was everything I hoped for. The cottage was able to host both our families with a ton of space for everyone to feel at home and comfortable. Amenities were above and beyond. It felt like a dream looking out the windows in the great room. Would love to return in the future :)

Amazing Time on Whitestone Lake
This is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed at. Beautiful, massive, private, well stocked and appointed. The lake is equally stunning, and while it’s a short walk from the main cottage, the deck and dock make it easy to spend the entire day there without having to trek back. Kim was an incredible host, and went out of her way to ensure that our group had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here.

Lovely, large home with plenty of room for 16 people
My siblings and I, and their families had a lovely stay. We had some problems with the air conditioning as it was blazing hot when we were there but Kim and Mark did their best to remedy the situation. One thing to note that getting down to the water is a bit of a hike, and the bugs were so bad we actually had to drive down there, but to be expected, in that part of the world that time of the year.

Fantastic
Myself, along with my 4 adult children, their spouses and my 9 grandchildren who range in ages 11 to 21, thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful week’s vacation together at this roomy cottage which had all the amenities, its large deck, the beautiful dock & gazebo area and the property itself. A lot of swimming, kayaking, canoeing & fishing were done. Lots of photos taken. Fun times by us all. I had a couple of questions to ask Kim & she was very quick to reply back.

Family Fun in a Awe Inspiring Place
My Brothers and our respective families had such a wonderful time here. The views are breathtaking! There’s plenty of room in this beautiful and unique cottage with lots to do rain on shine. I really enjoyed paddling on the lake and taking in all of the beauty and wildlife. Everyone had a great time. The cottage sound system was so much to enjoy music too. Home away from home
Our stay was great. We were there for a family reunion and it accommodated us perfectly. It was big and spacious and had everything we needed and more. Our hosts, Kim and Mark were the best. They were so nice to deal with and responded to our questions quickly. The information that they sent us was so detailed we didn’t stress about anything. What dreams are made of!
I hosted my small wedding at Kim & Mark's cottage and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage was spacious enough that everyone could stay overnight comfortably. It was clean, stunning and full of amenities. Our photographer loved the photo opportunities it presented and used the whole property. Our friends and family raved about its beauty the whole weekend through. Kim & Mark were wonderful hosts. They were responsive, accommodating and super helpful when one of our cars wouldn't start. I highly recommend this property for events or any family getaway!

Fantastic lakehouse, incredible views, amazing hosts
We stayed at the lakehouse for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations! An easy and picturesque drive less than 3 hours north of Toronto took us to a beautiful property where the views are spectacular and the privacy is unmatched. What a great getaway from the city :D The lakehouse is outfitted with most everything that an extended-family gathering could need. There's an array of activities for people of all ages, with plenty of places for people to lounge, read or simply watch for wildlife. The walk to the lake is about a 10 minute leisurely down the path and, while it can be a bit rocky in sections, it's very doable. For members of the family with mobility issues, it might be better to drive them down to the waterfront. Kim is an amazing host, so very responsive and just lovely to deal with. She and Mark have created a truly welcoming space and we can't wait to return!
