Showed up to checkin after booking 2 weeks in adance to find there was a $110 charge upon checkin. When asked what this charge was for it was explained that it is the resort fee for the ski shuttle and ski storage. I'm glad I got charged a fee for the ski resort services in May. Thanks for that unexpected charge. Likely won't return to this location for that reason.

Your feedback is valuable, and it helps us understand our guests' concerns better. We do apologize that you were not more fully made aware of the many more benefits our hotel provides for the Resort Fee. Among which, Fire Pits and free s'more kits, heated pool deck and towels, daily appetizers, all day tea & coffee as well as discounts with local restaurants and vendors as well as a shuttle to take you around town in the afternoons outside of ski season. We hope you will reconsider staying with us again in the future.

We stayed to ski and had a really good time. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The suggestions I have are: make sure guests know that, although you have a shuttle, space needs to be reserved. Also I would put soup or similar on your in house dining at least for the winter and you might consider ski storage on site. But great stay. Thanks.

Pretty solid choice for days on the mountain
Hyatt was less than a mile from the Cabriolet Ski Lift's free parking lot. Getting there about 30-60mins before the Red Pine Gondola's first chair was successful for us and guaranteed us a parking spot. Overall, hotel room was good enough and a good price. Only issue my friends and I ran into was there was only 1 bathroom that didn't have a fan for ventilation.

The property is located close enough to get around, however, they do not inform you that you have to reserve a spot on the shuttle in advance. Our room sheets were not clean upon arrival and the shower had stains and mildew. No housekeeper was available to bring new bedding once there was an accidental spill and needed to be changed. We used one bed and got out of there. If you need a quick cheap spot this would do but I would not stay again.

I would like to give it 4.5 stars not just 4 but that wasn’t an option. Like the workout room and the size of the room. Also the bedding seemed nice and clean which is important. The towels by the spa and pool were warm which was a nice touch. Little things would be nice like more hooks in the bathroom. And as always the breakfast was just okay, but nice to have.

Location is convenient to Canyons Ski Resort. Staff is unprofessional. Was sent to wrong room on check in having to carry our luggage then subsequently move to a different building. No concession made for inconvenience. Room with chewing gum stuck to floor. Room service was inadequate with supplies not replaced. Beds are worn and some of the most uncomfortable of any Hyatt. Formal corporate complaint filed. Better choices in Park City. Stay away.

From the listed amenities and photos I expected a decently stocked bar. What we got was a bar with a few cold bud lights, which were gone quickly, and two choices of wine. I wanted whiskey and the bar did have bottles on display (as in the photos), but the bottles were props and were empty. Be honest... A small stock of beer, a couple of wine selections, and some empty display bottles is not a bar.

Our experience was absolutely horrible. We drove 6 hours in horrible weather conditions and booked this property last minute but verifying they accepted pets as we travel with our service animls. We were turned away due to the pets being too large for their requirements. Our only options later in the evening with snow coming in was to go to another location. Which we very extremely lucky to have been able to find. Will never come here again due to the discrimination, The manager was extremely rude and unkind even in us offering to pay for the animals.

We’re deeply sorry to hear that your time with us was less than satisfactory. Your feedback is important to us, as it helps us find ways to improve our service. As stated when you arrived at the hotel, we regret that emotional support animals are not considered to be service animals by the Americans with Disabilities Act. We did attempt to accommodate your two large animals here at our property by offering to rent you a second room. When the solutions we presented were unsatisfactory for you, we agreed to cancel the reservation without penalty or fees for you. Disappointed in the front desk help. They were taking forever and couldn’t figure out what they were doing. I have gotten charged twice for one night. The place was very nice and clean.
