The hotel was fine and the accommodations were also fine. However, they were doing some maintenance somewhere right below us in the ceiling (our floor) with impact drivers and similar. This started before 7:30 am and the night before was after 8 pm. When I said something to the front desk, they gave apologies and said they would say something. I did not feel like this was real. Also, I am an IHG member and nothing was offered in the way of points or anything. Also, no points are given for booking through Expedia. Overall, it was just OK.

During our stay we had gotten horribly sick and needed assistance with our restroom. We had tried to solve the issue ourselves, but was unable to. We had asked the front desk multiple times to get help since we were so sick and needed our restroom, but each time they gave no help. They only said that maintenance was gone, and they would have someone check in the morning. They never offered another room with a functioning restroom or had maintenance come at all.

Front desk was helpful and great to work with. Easy to get around the inn and a nice layout. I like that breakfast starts as early as you can get up. Helpful for those early out flights.

the rooms were not as quiet as other places. the hallway sounds came through the door. probably because the doors did not go all the way to the floor or you could see light through the bottom

Very nice area, pool and breakfast. We could hear what sounds sounded like a dog above us. The rooms are a little on small side. Not much closet space. Overall, worth the price.

I was given a handicapped room when I'm not handicapped nor did I request a handicapped room. The clerk said the hotel was sold out no other rooms available but after asking a second time another non-handicapped room was found and given to ne.

You can hear your neighbors talking. The walls are thin. No hotel shuttle to Canyons or Park City. Clean hotel and nice breakfast. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

It was perfect for me. Not necessarily a top-quality hotel, but the price was very reasonable for the area. Hot tub and gym were nice. They cleaned the room every day. Bus service was about an 8-minute walk away. It was a bit spotty at times, but free and got me to the ski lifts and downtown. Free breakfast was decent. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. Shopping center and a few restaurants within a five minute walk..

Clean rooms, great breakfast, pool/hot tub/sauna was fabulous! Nothing crazy but for the price the hotel was everything we needed to sleep and ski all day. In the general area of the shuttles and free transportation, shopping and so many food options.

It was extremely okay. Coffee was ice cold in the lobby. Place isn’t new. But it was okay. Bed is pretty hard. But doesn’t deserve a bad review… or a good one.
