"It was our worst nightmare experience!!!
We arrived at Azure close to midnight, only to find out that nobody even the manager on call knows about our 10-day reservation made more than a month ago. We spent almost an hour calling Expedia, gave us a number to call but the issue was not resolved. Imagine us looking for place to stay in the middle of the night! We called Azure the next morning to talk to the administrator who did not know anything about our reservations.
