Seachase E302 is a spacious 1400 square foot, 3rd floor unit with one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plans on the beach. Every room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows to experience the view. That's 60' of of Glass! If you are looking for one of the nicest units on the beach, you have found it! Nicely decorated with many new furnishings, a remodeled kitchen and new furniture!

This unit features:
~Remodeled Kitchen with all NEW Stainless Steel appliances, Granite Countertops, a high end Tray Ceiling. Trash compactor, and a Keurig Coffee Machine!
~King Master and Double Queen Guest Room have NEW Pillow Top Mattresses, NEW Bedding, 50" Flat Screen TVs and carpeting!
~Living Room has beautiful Crown Molding with accent lighting, a NEW Sleeper Sofa and Loveseat, NEW Draperies, NEW 65" Flat Screen TV, fresh paint and NEW hard flooring!
~Master Bathroom has NEW light fixtures and a body spray shower system with rain shower head!
~Two seasonal (typically 3/1 - 10/31) beach chairs and one umbrella ARE included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit E302

A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs under 20 lbs are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies. Any deception of pets will result in a cancellation with no refund.

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to Kendall. She was always quick to pick up and answered our questions immediately. The condo did represent the pictures. The view was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. The appliances worked well and were all clean. Cons. The condo is of the older generation, some updates are evident. The woodworks doors all need a good scrubbing and painting. The master bed mattress is old and lumpy. The mattress pad has a rubber backing which also made it feel like a hospital bed. The sheets could be replaced also. The large pillows smelled musty, we took so smaller ones from another bed. I am fussy and like luxury bedding, so someone else would not have a problem? It would have been nice to have a salt and pepper shaker and a few coffee filters, maybe a few games and books. Pool is not heated. It was not a bad stay for us, but could have been better.

OMG
We LOVED this unit, very clean and welcoming. The contact person Kendall was great to work with and quick to get back to me. If you're looking for on the beach this is your place to stay with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Gulf and beach! Upgraded appliances and Funiture along with a cozy electric fireplace. We come to PCB yearly for Softball tournament and this will now be my go-to place when i come down there. It definitely was a 5 Star stay.

Perfection!
The condo was very clean on arrival. Amenities were as expected for a VRBO. However, bring your own toiletries (shampoo and bath/shower soap). There was only one hairdryer in the unit which is permanently attached to the wall in one of the bathrooms. Other than those two trivial items, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the specific condo we rented this year in Panama City Beach. The condo was well decorated and stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. It was very clean, also. The layout of the condo gives every room a view of the gulf which is rare. I would highly recommend choosing this condo for your vacation if it fits your needs.

We have stayed at many properties during our 15 year vacations at Panama City. This property is truly the best thus far. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. It has everything, just bring your clothes. Pots, pans etc and everything looks new. One big bonus was the mattresses!!! Felt like pure Heaven after being out on the beach and shopping. I am in a wheelchair, so I would like to touch on that part. My wheelchair did make it through the bedroom doors, but the bathroom doors I had problems with due to placement of toilet and door. I can transfer myself, so I managed it. The shower was beautiful but not accessible for handicapped. That is a problem with all condos unfortunately . We will definitely stay again in a few months. Thank you Kendall, you go above and beyond making sure we were perfectly comfortable!

Wonderful beach getaway
This condo is amazing! So clean and beautifully decorated! Kitchen is stocked with anything one would need to cook and eat there! Kendall checked in with us numerous times to make sure everything was ok. The balcony has awesome furniture on it to sit and enjoy the awesome beach views! Will definitely return!
